[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — Insurance Policy Not Issued after payment

I have booked a car insurance through Policy Bazar on 18th Oct 2021 but the policy has not bene issued yet. My existing policy expired on 21-oct-21 and because my new policy has not been confirmed yet I can not risk taking my car out. This is sheer negligence from Policybazar. They promise the issue would be resolved in 24 hours but it's already 72 hours and the issue has not been resolved.
