I have renewed a health insurance through the Policy Bazaar on 22nd Oct 2021 but the policy has not been issued yet. Whenever I call to the customer care I am getting repeated responses from all the representative to wait for 24-48 hours to get the policy. This Is really unacceptable. Also, I am getting repeated SMS and email from MAX BUPA to renew a health insurance policy, where I already made a payment in 6 days before, but payment was not received from Policy Bazaar to MAX BUPA.

I would recommend customers not to renew their policy from Policy bazaar.

    Insurance Policy Not Issued after payment

    Address: Plot No, 119, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

    I have booked a car insurance through Policy Bazar on 18th Oct 2021 but the policy has not bene issued yet. My existing policy expired on 21-oct-21 and because my new policy has not been confirmed yet I can not risk taking my car out. This is sheer negligence from Policybazar. They promise the issue would be resolved in 24 hours but it's already 72 hours and the issue has not been resolved....

    I had reached out to PolicyBazaar on 10Oct wherein the policy taken at policybazaar for SBI General insurance was informed as Fake by SBI.
    Despite sharing all the relevant details to their only id, [protected]@policybazaar.com, Mr.Sachin Rawat, the assigned representative never responded to any of the above queries. Please Stay Away from PolicyBazaar. They will just get your money and will never respond once payment is made. i hope they provide an early resolution.

      I am vikas kanojia.i have renewed my health policy through policy Bazaar on 3 Oct but even after calling several times to policy Bazaar for sending me my renewed policy details.i didn't received anything till date.even today I have called but still thing I received is only promise. I hope this issue reaches to trustable hands.

        Hi Policybazaar Team,

        I have renewed my car insurance yesterday and received the policy PBW/[protected] for my car DL5CQ9378 which has a wrong variant name ie. 1.5 SV Manual transmission. Actually the correct variant name is 1.5 V Manual transmission.

        So i sent the policy to policybazaar team for correction and from past 40 days, I am continuously chasing policybazaar to make the correction but they are not doing it.

        I have called them up for 5-6 times but they never gave me the solution on my query. I still did not get my policy in my hand and still keep on chasing them. The wrong policy document is attached with this mail which was sent from policybazaar side.

        Kindly help me and take some strong action against them.

          and Policybazaar.com agent is not helpful. they give wrong information.

          policybazaar.com is totally worst company ever.

            I have done a car insurance policy from policy bazaar on 23rd Sep 2021. At first payment deducted but policy is not issued, customer care told me to do policy payment again and i did again same process, again payment deducted but policy is not issued after third payment deduction, the all three policies issued to me. I want only one policy. I asked to customer support to cancel the two policy and initiate the refunds for the two policies. But they are not cancelling the policies and not initiating the refunds. I have raised complaints many times but nothing happen. I am writing all the booking ids for the reference.

              One of the agent of policy bazaar, name Vaibhav, contact-[protected], operating from Mumbai is literally the most damaged salesman/agent I have ever seen. I contacted policy bazaar because I was looking for investment plans. At first, policybazaar should understand if a customer is querying for a policy, it necessarily doesn't mean he is gonna buy the policy. I was unfortunate to get Agent Mr. Vaibhav on line, and he start explaining me the policy benefits. I realized he is making me false commitments about Annualized Return rate which I questioned to him, then he got frightened and transferred the call to his senior who was a lady. Upon examining the policy, I told him, I will do some RnD then will get back to you, and he saved my number and pinged me on Whats app. After few days, he start pinging me again forcing me to buy policy, which again I said right now market is high, I will think about it later and get back to you. Then again after few days, he start pinging me about the same. Later when I told him, that bhai market is high right now, it's not a good time to invest in ULIP plans, then he became rude and start telling me that, "Tum nhi le paogey policy, rehne do, tumare lie agent hi shi hai. You wasted my time"
              I mean what kind of behavior is this, if you are not a good salesman, it doesn't mean u can force a Customer to buy the policy and then ending up with such a statement. Strict legal actions should be taken against him. Attaching screenshots of the same below.

                    My father's two Wheeler insurance is paid through policy bazaar on sep 3 and it's reference id is[protected]. The amount 828 is deducted from my account. But the policy is not renewed and my cash is not credited to my account after 7-8 working days. Kindly solve problem as soon as possible.

                      - I have purchased corona kavach policy on policybazar

                      - I have submitted all the bills. But I haven’t any received money as per the claim settlement process Or any mail regarding verification of bills.

                      - Customer care doesn’t resolve the issue. They dont reply on emails.

                      - There is no one take care of this issue

                      - Its been 5 months I am continuously calling them and I am still facing this issue.

                      I am never gonna buy any policy from policybazaar
                      They dont share any update on this.
                      I feel I got cheated and my money is wasted in buying Health policy from policyBazaar

                        I buy policy from bazaar but this policy required some correction so that rise a compliant about correction in policy but still around 1 month complete they not change in policy. after that I call around 20 times call to policy bazaar customer care to talk with senior but still they not arrange call to seniors.

                          I took 1 two wheeler policy last year and needed to change name on that policy since it was second hand bike, but even after making all payments for the necessary changes as advised by policy bazaar and also submitting video inspection after making payment to their agent, nothing has been done in the last 11 months and it is already time for renewal of policy.

                                I have wrongly check in on policybazaar with my mobile number . Since then, I have been receiving 2 to 5 calls every day. This is too frustrating. Please delete my number [protected] in your calling list ASAP. I don't want to be called anymore.

                                  - I purchased a policy for my car from National Insurance through policy Bazar app on 21st July 2021.
                                  - My policy is not updated yet on M-parivahan.
                                  - I contacted Policy Bazar several times for the same through email and phone, Registered complaint several times but my issue is not solved yet
                                  - Everytime Policy Bazar ask me to wait and it's over 30 days and I am still waiting for the resolution.
                                  - Policy Bazar said that the issue is from Insurance company End and they forwarded the concern to Insurance Company but when I contacted to National insurance they told me that they have no details about the policy i have purchased.
                                  - I asked policy bazar to Transfer my policy to other company or Cancel the policy but they are not doing this.
                                  - I have all the emails and call recording conversations with policy bazar, I have the proof against policy bazar about false promises.
