Policy Bazaar — Issue of 2 wheeler insurance policy payment gone but policy not issued

While purchasing 2 wheeler insurance policy, tried payment through google pay. Twice money (Rs 956) got transferred and money from my google pay account got debited however it could not proceed further to policy page. Finally I need to pay again through my credit card. I think software can be made more user friendly for payment through upi. Also I hope that my payment of Rs 956 twice i.e. through UPI transaction ID[protected] &[protected]Google ID: CICAgOC24rjZWA & CICAgOC24vzwBg respectively) will be reverted back to my google pay account. Request you to check above incomplete transactions and compare final transaction through credit card payment by which insurance policy was issued with following details: VMPB[protected] by Royal Sundaram General Insurance.
Request you to do needful and revert back money (twice failed transaction of Rs 956) to my google pay account. Also try to update software with more user friendly to avoid such issues by others in future.
