I have purchases a motor insurance policy through policy bazar. My insuring company for my vehicle is m/s oriental insurance company limited. My policy no. Is 211200/31/2018/81743. My vehicle went for repair against an accident on 11th dec 2017 and was repaired on 16th dec 2017 by harpreet motors pvt. Ltd. I am very disappointed by policy bazaar as they are not able to help me talk to m/s oriental insurance company limited to settle my claim amount which is rs.9991/- I have made several call to policy bazaar to seek help but there has been no revert to me on the status of my claim.
