[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — my term life policy cancellation request not considered and money taken from my account

I was provided term life insurance (Application no. Op[protected] from icici prolife by policy bazaar along with my car insurance on 07-jan-2019. I was told that i can cancel within one month if i am not interested. I have called policy bazaar for cancellation and they promised for a call back which never happened. I have also raised a request "pb60010901" online in policybazaar on 23-jan-2019 for cancellation for which i did not get any feedback. Moreover the biggest pain is the 2nd premium rs.570/- is taken from my credit card automatically. I am sure that i have not given any "standing instruction" but still policy bazaar is able to take the money from my bank account. I feel fooled and cheated by both policy bazaar and icici prulife. Feb 07, 2019 Updated by [email protected] I wanted to cancel the ICICI prulife 'Term life insurance' but it was not done by Policy Bazaar, and they are taking money from my credit card without my permission or 'standing instruction'.
