[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — my term life policy cancellation request not considered and money taken from my account | |
I was provided term life insurance (Application no. Op[protected] from icici prolife by policy bazaar along with my car insurance on 07-jan-2019. I was told that i can cancel within one month if i am not interested. I have called policy bazaar for cancellation and they promised for a call back which never happened. I have also raised a request "pb60010901" online in policybazaar on 23-jan-2019 for cancellation for which i did not get any feedback. Moreover the biggest pain is the 2nd premium rs.570/- is taken from my credit card automatically. I am sure that i have not given any "standing instruction" but still policy bazaar is able to take the money from my bank account. I feel fooled and cheated by both policy bazaar and icici prulife.
