Policy Bazaar — no refund after policy cancellation | |||||
I'm pawan kumar rawat, i purchased a insurance policy from policybazaar.com for my two wheeler on 21 oct 2017 and cancelled it after 2 days. I send the mail regarding cancellation of the policy and share the alternative policy i have bought. I called policybazaar and they said that the refund will be credited in your account within 5-7 working days but no refund credited and when i call to policybazaar they told me to wait for the week and we'll update you but i never got any update from their end and the customer care team told about arranging a callback but never got any call from them. They always told me to wait for a week or 2, but i dont think they are working on my case. They ask for my bank details on 1st dec. For the refund and i share my bank details with them then they said refund has been initiated but i dont get any refund and when i called they said there is a technical issue and refund is not initiated, what is this? I have paid the amount for term insurance in the name of Ghan Shyam Pandey
But amount deduced from credit card & due to down of server policy not issued kindly resolve.
