Policy Bazaar — not changing owner name in policy

Sir i take four wheeler insurance plan for my vehicle through policy bazaar in jan 2018. Now i want to change name in policy due to owner ship transfer. I talked to policy bazaar customer care many times for transfer it. I submitted updated rc and uploaded video for vehicle revarification. I am calling in every 2-3 days to customer care and every time a new person attend call and ask my problem and every time tell me your request in process and we will resolve your issue but from last 2 months i am facing same problem and my issue still not resolved. Some times their representative tell me same reply that we transfer your call to our service department but i got no reply from them. I am totally disappointed now why i take police from online. But sir is this right to cheated us. Please do some action against them so that they don't cheat to others.
