Kindly get in Contact with the respective person and share the correct link for my issued policy.

    I had purchased zero dep insurance policy for my car on 22nd april 2017 from policy bazaar and car insurance policy was issued by oriental insurance karol bagh, new delhi. My vehicle met with minor accident as my car wash hit from behind at traffic lights in /chandigarh. I lodged claim intimation with policy bazaar, but did not get any support from any executive. I made hundreds of calls to policy bazaar regarding claim settlement and talked with mr amit kumar in claim settlement deptt at policy bazaar. He could not arrange and provide me dealer in chandigarh for my car repairs. Mr amit kumar kept me on toes for seven hours and made me to shuttle from one dealer to other in chandigarh, wasting my fuel and time. Shame on policy bazaar people for their pathetic service and making fool of people. Now i will file complaint with consumer court

      I signed up for an online health insurance policy on 2nd april 2018. After making the payment, they send me an email about the next steps which included medical examination. Since i am outside india and not available for medical examination, i lodged a cancellation request and request for refund on the very same day.

      Their customer care ignores my refund request (Which i lodged couple of times through their website) and instead sends me a reminder email for medical examination every day.

      You can reach me on +[protected]. However, I dont think a discussion on call will help as medical examination is mandatory for the policy I paid for, and I am not available in India for this. Thats why I requested for cancellation and the reason was clearly provided in my request. Policy bazaar cannot hold back my cancellation request with this excuse of not being able to reach on phone.

      Please cancel my order and the earliest and refund the amount.

      As per policy bazaar statement I don’t have to pay extra EMI so my eMi per month should be 1002 but I’m getting 1348 for the past four months !!!

      For 12032 im paying for 16400 INR, which is not in the policy . Kindly refund the deducted amount and Make sure this is not happening in future months

        Hi team,

        I'am raising this complaint out of frustration.
        This is regarding policy number :[protected].

        Subject:- false commitment made.

        Firstly i was not very much interested in buying the plan and had also asked the agent to give me some time to think before proceeding. However the agent lured me saying that there was some offer for today wherein i would get additional opd facility of rs.5000 and insisted me to buy it. When i asked him that what in case i wish to modify or cancel the plan. The agent told me that i have a period of 15 days to cancel the plan and there wont be any charges deducted for cancellation. At the time of buying the policy the agent had clearly committed that there wouldn't be any cancellation fee and the full amount will be refunded to me in case of cancellation. Now when i raised a request for cancellation i was told that there would be some charges which would get deducted on prorata basis. I ain't sure if it was a knowledge gap from your end. What i' am bothered is all about the commitment which was done to me and why should i bear the cancellation fee.

        From the date of policy issuance i have received more than 10-15 calls from different agents. However no one really came up with a solution. They were more eager to get a cancellation email from my end to proceed with the cancellation part. I was trying to explain them my issue but no one was least bothered.

        Finally i thought that instead of cancelling the plan wherein i need to bear a loss of rs 300-500, i will just understand the plan once again and continue with the same. I had some doubts with the opd facility. Hence i had asked to arrange for a callback from the sales dept. As requested, yesterday i received a call from the sales dept. This guy started explaining me the policy. However i was only eager about the opd part since i wanted a clarification on the terms and conditions (For ex - how many times can the opd facility be availed, upto what amount, what all are covered and what not). When he started explaining i was really surprised. According to him the opd facility can be availed any number of times and there aren't any restrictions to avail the facility. Also it is fully reimbursable. Due to my previous interactions with the other agents who had called me earlier i had lost my faith and doubted this guy too. Instead of blindly believing the agent i just asked him to drop me an email with the policy documentation which he was just explaining. He assured me of sending the same on my email. However i'am still waiting for the email.

        Not sure as how can you sell a insurance policy when your agents themselves aren't sure about the plan nor are they capable of explaining things.

        Some agents just keep me on hold for so long that i get tired and end up the call while some agents themselves are in so hurry that they disconnect the call.

        Didn't expect this kind of service from a reputed service provider.

        I believe you too have all the recordings handy so i insist you to go through those once. I' am very much sure that you too will realize that it was a mistake from your end. After so many calls i' am not even sure that which plan was been exactly issued and what all the plan contains.

        Request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest and come up with a resolution.

          I bought a health insurance policy via the website policy bazar around 27th dec 2016 along with rs 6500 worth of vouchers (That could be used for buying medicine and/or paying consultation charges of medical practitioners).

          It is 3 months that the website has done nothing to provide these to me and every complaint that i make to them is followed up with calls from their call center asking me about the issue, and a promise to get back with the vouchers shortly.

          I have tried in vain and think that i have been taken for a ride by this online marketing company. Please help get me a resolution.

          For people trying to buy policies, please be very careful with what is promised to you and i would suggest that you get a upfront discount rather than be at their mercy and redoubtable offers of vouchers.

No resolution and a lot of misleading information by the website in the interim.

            Dear sir,
            My date of birth is 29/03/1993. I wanted to purchase term insurance so i called policy bazaar on 28th march 2018 as my premium would have been increased the next day. I had a talk with one of their sales executive named "shadat khan".
            I told him that i wanted max life insurance and subsequently he told me the premium as per my term period and other details of my choice..
            Then he told me that he is sending mail through which i need to pay the premium. I then paid the premium of rs. 10561/- through that payment link on my mail id.
            I paid the amount and got the transaction id and application no. Which are mentioned at the end of this complaint. After paying amount i was opened with the form in which my basic details were filled.
            In that form i found that the date of birth filled by your representative "shadat khan" was incorrect. I told him the same that you please correct the date of birth mentioned in the application form. After that he said it will be done in 2 days.
            After 28th march i have been trying to call shadat khan but he is not picking my call.. Neither whenever i am trying to call the policybazaar helpline, they say we are arranging your call back, but never i received any call..

            I received a call today from one of the another representative that you send us a mail to cancel the policy and we will initiate the refund.
            But i dont need my refund, i want my policy as now my age has increased by 1 year and so as my premium has also increased by rs 700. But i had already payed policy bazaar with 10561 rs on 28th itself.. And its now their head ache that how they issue me my policy.. Why shoud i bear this increased premium that too for 46 years of my policy term.

            Policy bazaar has cheated on me.

I told Agent that I had hypertension in past years...although not taking medicine for it...and I wanted to mention this as pre existing disease...She said it can be modified during verification call and when I got call I was told that engineers will again call me to rectify the policy and mention hypertension as preexisting disease...I got no call afterwards.
              3. There is no network of Aditya birla in My home state H.P. and I got misguided by agent in this matter.She named avilability of one hospital in Mandi...
              4. The information given to me about by agent on no claim bonus was that Insurer will get 60% bonus in first year ...60% bonus in 2nd year and 10% each for 3rd ..4th and 5th year ...With total 50% bonus...This is also not written in document...

              5. WellNess Policy :
              I was told that wellness policy will be issued to me with in 15 day or on 15th day..I have got no information regarding this.
              Keeping in view of poor services (Non functional Activ Health app) of Aditya Birla Group ...and unsatisfactory services of Policy Bazar.com I want to want to surrender my policy today itself...
              Please refund my full amount of Rs. 13042/- as quick as possible...
              Otherwise I have to resort to higher alternatives...

                    When i decided to buy a policy for my two wheeler, and i searched for the same in policy bazaar website, they have showed me that i can choose my idv value. I have choosen my idv value as rs. 88, 224 for the company of new india assurance co ltd. They have taken total details and guided me to the payment page, there also it was showing idv value same which i selected. But after payment done they have issued my policy. When download my policy paper, i found that my idv value is written over there is rs.73, 520. I have told them about this, they told me it is not possible to rectify it. I have to buy a new policy and after that they will cancel my recent policy and they will deduct rs. 100 to rs.300 from the amount what i have paid. Why should i pay the cancelation charge. They have showed me something and after payment they have given me another thing. Policy bazaar is cheating on customers. Please help with this issue.

                      I have taken a health policy for my niece and my father-in-law, from which i have to close the policy for my father-in-law. When talking to her employee gajendra chauhan, the message, meenakshi sharma on the 26th to 28th february, if she canceled the policy within 25 days, it would get 100% refund but the policy of my father-in-law was issued on february 28, which is still 25 days even if not, 25% less is paid and that is to say that if the policy is closed in 15 days then only 100% get refund. But if i had spoken for 25 days in call, i stopped the policy and saw a 100% refund.

                        There is about 3 months passed from my third party insurance policy issued.
                        I have applied for mistaken information to be corrected, and gave required all appropriate documents.
                        But nothing seems favorable from policybaazar.
                        Till now no one response properly, when should i get my updated policy.
                        There is always mail shown postponed date on the date they commit to give corrected policy. It happened 7 times of their commitment postponed.
                        This is the worst kind of service.
                        There is "no" responsibility they have shown after payment of policy.

                          I have purchased a policy from this website "policybazaar"

                          Rc transfer has been done now the ownership transfer of insurance has been left, since 1 month. Till now the problem is being not resolved. If i had purchased this policy locally then it has been fix in just 1-2 days. But the service of this website is really ridiculous.

                          Just a simple this for endorsement earlier that is, it was in the name of "syed majid hussain" and need to be transfer in the name of "syed arfin hussain"

                            Please look into the matter and refund the same at the earliest.br...

                            I paid 49k for my parents max bupa health insurance on 1st feb 2018, i had started getting calls that the policy for both has not been accepted for my mother & only my father is eligible for the policy around 11th feb, since i wanted a floater policy for both, i refused to go ahead with it & requested a refund, my refund request was approved on 23rd feb 2018 & since then i am getting calls from then every 2 days & every person talking to me is telling me that the money will be transferred in next 5-6 days.
                            On 8th march i had a big fight with the employees & spoke to 3 different hierarchy people & strictly instructed them that they can't keep my money illegally for so long & that they must transfer the amount by 11th march.
                            In-spite of such a big fight, the employee tells me after so many days that the insurer takes min 15days to revert, now after so many days these people are not bothered to inform nor do they look in a mood of transferring such a big amount anytime soon.
                            I have a number of mr. Vivek agarwal - [protected] who mean while tried to sell me another policy, when i asked him to adjust the payment through the previous one he said i have to make a fresh payment of rs.40k & that the earlier money will be soon refunded, thank got i didnt pay that money, but my 49k refund is still with them.
                            I have never seen such a cheat company who promises you everything & a refund in instance & has the guts to call every 2 days & listen to the complaints i have and initiate a new conversation every time.
                            I again, through this platform request them to transfer my money asap before i take things a different way.
                            I even have the cal recordings that i can provide as proof.

                            the company had promised me to refund the Amount Latest by Today evening. i have been a transaction Id for the refund, but i have trust issues now, since they have lied too much before too.. hope for the best, will update the status myself here.

                            I have finally received my money today, FULL REFUND OF RS. 48775/- . special thanks to the person with Mobile number [protected] as he has ensured that i get my money back at any cost and has religious taken follow up with his own team with so much responsibility that i would like to recommend his work to the policy bazaar team.
                            Honestly when i used to get 4 calls a day asking whether i have received the refund, i would get frustrated & irritated that this man is calling for no reason. but now it feels like he made all the difference . thank you once again to this man & special request to policy bazaar not to contact me ever again.

                                One the fraud company in insurance sector.

                                I have made a payment of 13800/- on 7 march 2018 for my car insurance on same day my old insurance was expired. I asked the associate if you can confirm me that policy will be successful approved then i will pay money they said sir we will take 100% guarantee that policy will approved. But today on 9 march they reject my video and said amount will refund after 7 days.

                                How easily they made people fool they utility our money for 7 days and we are waiting for our policy and they take our money and after rejecting our application they said if you want to move some another insurance company then we have to make another transaction. Totally fraud company i never recommend to anyone to take policy from policy bazaar.

                                I need my money till tomorrow otherwise i will sue to in court. You make us fool but we are not. You know now i have to make 26000/- for one single policy because i have to take some other insurance company so i have to make double payment one u block for 7 days and other second insurance company.

                                  Payment for vehicle insurance from bajaj allianz made on 28-02-18 but till date i have not received soft copy of insurance. On every complaint, i am receiving standard answer stating that problem will be sorted out in 2 working days.
                                  I am not sure when their (Policy bazaar's) 2 days will complete.

                                  Very disappointed with the services of policy bazaar.in my view they should quit from the business.

                                      I ashok purchase a policy from policy bazar sales agent ashish told me that if i purchase policy to day you get 2 offer iho consultancy voucher and appolo pharmasy voucher 4000rs. But now they denay to give voucher. My friend also purchase same policy same day other agent also told him same offer but he also not receive voucher my policy no usgi/webah/0013510/00/000 on 13 feb 2018.
