[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — not refunding money | |||||
I had booked an HDFC Term Life plan with policy bazaar on 6th Sep 2017. I was told that I can cancel the policy within 30 days. I emailed them for cancellation on 7 Sep 2017 and I received an acknowledgement email from them on 08 Sep 2017 regarding the cancellation. The request has been forwarded to the concerned department and they will contact me. I have been trying several times, they say that they will arrange a call back but no one calls. I had paid a three months premium of Rs.8517. It has been already more than 10 days since I received the email from them, but have not got any update from them.
