[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — not refunding the money | |||
My issue is long pending with policy bazaar wrt refund against apollo munich health policy bought on 3rd june, 2018, which was suo motu cancelled by the company on the pretext that previous year health policy soft copy was not provided by me for portability from max bupa to apollo. (This was because i didn't receive any mail nor they called me even once to ask for previous year policy copy and when they can call me hundred times a day for selling a new policy, could not they call me once to confirm with the documentation?). There is lackadaisical attitude and negligence, no proactiveness was shown as was done during the sale. After sale they completely turned blind eye. For long they didn't even confirm me that my policy was even issued. After a couple of days i called to enquire for the policy copy and then i got to know that they have not even issued me policy & infact they have cancelled it. My money amounting rs 7218 paid for apollo policy was hanging on fire. Later after they said to renew my old policy, it was renewed back to max bupa and at the time of renewal i double checked if i am getting iho one year free membership then only i will buy from policy bazaar otherwise i have no interest and the executive had confirmed me on the same. So far now neither iho membership is to my avail nor i am refunded my legitimate refund. Despite incessantly mailing and calling i am not getting any response from the executive department. They are highly obdurate in transferring the calls to seniors in the management nor they provide authentic information. Last week i was told that my refund is initiated and i will get it back in 3 days but now more than a week has lapsed and i have not received my money so far. The executive always make fig leaf excuses and cheat customers. Highly disappointed!!! Hereafter not looking forward to continue any relation with policy bazaar nor will advise among kith and kins rather negative market through mouth of words regarding such malaise practice of policy bazaar and it's unfriendly behaviour towards customer. I have purchase a car insurance from policy bazar but there executive has not provided me the policy copy they have taken full amount,
