Policy Bazaar — payment done but not getting document. | |||
I made a payment for car insurance through mobikwil wallet on 10april2019. Payment was done, amount was debited to my wallet. Even i got the amount successful received by policy bazaar on 11th april 2019. But still they are saying they didn't get the amount. Earlier on 12th april they are agreeing that they got the amount and soft documents will be recieved within 24hours. But later on they are denying. Called them several times. They are disconnects my call. This company is a big cheater. I am planning to suit a case. Throgh payment successful confirmation sms a got a link from where i can booking id, application no. Etc, which i am attaching to this complaint Was this information helpful? | |||
