payment done but not getting document.

I made a payment for car insurance through mobikwil wallet on 10april2019. Payment was done, amount was debited to my wallet. Even i got the amount successful received by policy bazaar on 11th april 2019. But still they are saying they didn't get the amount. Earlier on 12th april they are agreeing that they got the amount and soft documents will be recieved within 24hours. But later on they are denying. Called them several times. They are...

Policy bazaar and bajaj alianz issued 2 wheeler policy with a wrong version and cc specification of the bike.

I have taken 2 wheeler insurence from policy bazar for yamaha r15 v3 155cc bike.

Policy bazaar and bajaj alianz issued policy for r15 v2 149cc bike.

I have contacted policy bazaar customer care on phone and email.
Initially they said they didn't listed the v3 155cc version of r15 in their website.
After me forwarding the screen shot of r15 v3 155cc listing in their website, they asked 4 days time to resolve.

Now again they mauled me saying they need 4 more days to respond.

Very unreliable website and service from policy bazar and associated company..

    refund against reference no. 49124351

    I have paid amount of rs. 813 towards aegon term plan on 03.11.2017. After that i have cancelled policy on 31.12.2017 i have made a request for cancellation of policy and based on request policy was cancelled however till date i have not received refund for the same. For refund i have made several calls as well as mail communication however there is no results till date. It is very much disappointing that you people make various commitments...

    Dear sir,

    I am quite pained, amazed & shocked in the manner your tele representative mr. Jatin ahuja tried to act too smart and make my husband fool yesterday. My husband have checked policy premium online from religare company “care option” for me and my two children it was rs. 19, 102/-.

    Mr. Jatin has offered same policy at special 15% discount rs. 16, 237/- only for yesterday for purchasing exclusively from policybazar.com. My husband asked how it is possible. To which he replied company usually offer policybazar.com some discount scheme for limited period as they have tie up with lot of companies. Trusting the reputation of your company he made payment.

    When after returning from office he told the story to our family agent. Then truth of your mr. Jatin’s fraud came to light. Our agent disclosed no such discount can be offered by policybazar.com. But mr. Jatin might have added one rider suppressing facts from husband, under which company offer 15% discount on premium but in that case 20% copayment has to be made for treatment from non panel hospitals.

    This is just unacceptable, how on earth does a representative of reputed company like yours try to sell policy by employing such unethical tricks for such sensitive mediclaim policy. If by trusting your mr. Jatin in future suppose god forbids there is claim of 20 lakhs for treatment from non panel hospital of religare. At that time religare will ask me to pay 20% as co payment rs. 4 lakhs.in such a situation will mr. Jatin or policybazar.com will pay this additional burden amount and take responsibility of consequences for no fault from my side.

    I strongly protest and condemn the manner in which your mr. Jatin has sold policy by trying to act over smart. Actually such type of activity is criminal, unethical, breach of trust & unfair trade practice. I conclude such type on unethical practice should be immediately stopped from your platform otherwise it will land your customer and you in deep trouble. Kindly try to understand the gravity of mistake done by your employee and take suitable corrective action against him.

    I conclude stop such unethical practice for short term gain and look at the broader
    Picture. I demand immediate refund of rs. 16, 237/- paid by me online yesterday as i don’t want to purchase policy from you anymore.
    Hope matter is clear to you.

After i found the right policy, i tried to unsubscribe though their website, they do not even have a unsubscribe button. I tried to reach customer support, but they are of no help too. I had sent cancellation request for both the policies on 22 feb, 2 mar, 4 mar and on many occasions on call with the policy bazaar team.                 I was looking for a health care policy and contacted policy bajar and after all information provided by me, I was advised to take a star comprehensive policy but after doing payment I got rejected and I'm still waiting for refund, again I tried to book another policy and confirmed by policy bajar that I should take a star cardiac care policy and I won't be rejected, after 10 days of payment again it got rejected.. I thought that a online procedure of buying a policy would be fare and won't feel cheated but policy bajar ruined my experience and would never advice to anyone to take a policy from policy bajar.                   Policy bajar support is very bad. I booked a policy from policy bajar. But apolo munich cancelled that. But not refunded. Now its 1 month over but policy bajar customer ia saying that more time may take for refund. Very horrable app. They are playing with emotions.                   And than one person from policy bajar call me name arun kumar, he said me that take another health policy from star and i will get ur refund quickly. This type of behaviour is very cheap. Pls short out my problem. And i want compensation from policy bajar. How irresponsible company it is.

                      Dear team,

                      I bought a health insurance policy through policy bazaar. While selling the policy, the agent mr aman goyal kept calling me from his personal number and gave me false information. He said that while claiming the policy i can take the benefit of 5+5l. He stated that if the first 5l is utilized for one disease then another 5l can be utilized for some different disease for same person or same disease for different person covered under this policy.
                      When i escalated the issue, mr pankaj sharma and mr varun batra called me to negotiate. Mr varun batra questioned me whether i have any recording for the same. To my surprise, they dont have any recording of my conversation with their agent. They found one recording of payment.
                      I want to understand, if the recording of initial calls is not available then how could they find the recording payment call.

                      Really disgusting. Now they are asking me to pay extra for this benefit which should have been included in the policy.

                        I am Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Nath from Ahmedabad. I am raised a complaint of changed insurance policy name of Akshay Sankhyan to Ajay Kumar as on previous policy. But no action are taken by anyone and daily they are creating issue when we are calling to customer care no. i.e [protected] and forwarded wrong commitment. I am suffering from last 20~22 days but still no action are taken.

                        And Mr. Vishal Panchal (BPW15046) relaised me that i am doing a very big mistake to choose policy bazaar for insurance policy. When i am asking him, pls transfer my call to senior then he will not transfer and not giving proper service.

                        If any one how look seriously in these complaints, Pls look in this matter and resolved it as soon as possible

                          This is in reference to booking id:[protected]

                          I have purchased one of the investment plans cum life insurance from policy bazaar. The sales person assured me that the plan can be cancelled within 30 days and in this case full refund will be provided.

                          I cancelled the policy on 17th feb 2019 and on 19th feb'19 confirmation mail received from concerned company that policy has been withdrawn and refund has been initiated and will take 10-12 days to get the amount credited to your account.

                          Further policy bazaar kept denying about the refund initiation but on 3rd march'19, i received a mail from policy bazaar that refund has been initiated and will be credited to your account within 10-15days.

                          I spoken to so many customer care team but they provided misleading information even after providing the document mails received from their side.

                          Finally its been approximately 50 days but i have not received my refund back. They are truly shameless people who are breaching the trust of the people.

                          Insurance is taken on the foundation of trust that in bad times there will be a help but this kind of act will lead to the breach of trust that these people will never let the money comes in need.

                          It's been approximately 2 months when I cancelled my policy but no action has been taken so far.

                          PolicyBazaar is just mocking the trust of the customer.

                          It's really disheartening to see such kind of harassment.

                            With all you’re due respect, would like to inform you that this mukesh sengar bearing policy no.21050121 issued 10th jan.2019 in hdfc life. I had taken this term plan policy though policybazaar online service. At the purchasing time policy sum assured 50 lakh but after that i was increase that amount to 65lakh till 85years with illustration form submit to policy bazaar help desk, but i have not got any mail or documents regarding illustration.

                            Please cancel my policy and refund my premium amount of rs.4317 because till date i can't receive my updated policy documents or any updates from your end, so many times i was call your paid policy customer care no. But nobody's support to me.

                              Ref No.[protected]. I had gone for portability of my existing health Insurance policy for which I had provided all the required information including the documents. Infact when my account was credited with the premium paid by my, I informed the officer who was taking care of porting the existing policy well in advance, but I think the officer and the other officers with whom I talked on the same were either not properly trained or were misguiding me by not revelling the truth to me. I would almost missed renewing my existing policy if I would have trusted the officers of policy bazaar.com. I would like to talk to some senior exectives to make them understand the problems that an individual faces if they are not updated with the truth and instead kept in dark for selfish interest (may of the officer alone or collectively by all the officers incharge)
