I have file my car accidental claim but when I have call to policy bazar they told me you have to intimate claim with in 60 days and need to talk with Insurer after that when I have talked with Insurance company they told me you have to intimate claim upto 30 days and finally when surveyar appoint he unformed me no you have to intimate claim with in 15 days but policy bazar nor inform regarding guidlines at the time of selling...

    I had purchased car insurance through policy bazaar portal in the month of november 2018.

    Date of purchase : 05/11/2018 at11:00 pm

    During purchase of car insurance policy total 03 transactions. Among the same 02 trasection were failure due to payment unsuccessful.

    Total amount refund - 9917 + 9917 = 19837.00

    I had taken up this issue so many times with policy bazaar customer care. I had also take up this matter with reliance general insurance company as well as with state bank of india.

    In this reference i had also provided my bank account statement to policy bazaar in the same clearly stated 03 trasection were made.

    But after passing almost 06 month i have not received my refund amount back.

    I have waitting so much and still struggling for resolve the concerns which i am facing.

    My inbound ticket[protected].

    Please help to receive my refund back.

However a soft copy provided by your representative but now they are not responding. Please look into the matter and provide signed authorized policy as early as possible.         Religare policy number[protected]
        My ward mr mojahidul haque met an accident in a college hostel (Lpu/jalandhar/punjab). He got some injury in the nose and required minor surgery. However, upon confirming about the procedure and cashless hospital in jalandhar, punjab one of the cc executive informed that the ent is not covered in the first year of insurance.

        I am disappointed what kind of cheating is being done by the insurance company, is this only motto to grab the money from customer pocket!!

        Nobody telling these hidden things at the time of purchasing the policy.

        I want to know why accidental is not covered in the first year and then if it is true then please let me know what is covered in the first year.

        These are the things was made hidden by the policybazaar executive to just sell the policy.

        There are many products which i purchased from policy bazaar and i do not wish to continue because policy bazaar is just selling anything to grab the commission and won't anyone to choose a policy from policy bazaar.

          Hi,

          I have taken a term insurance form policy bazaar (Policy no: c[protected], for which, im paying a monthly payment of 3000/- approx which i pay through net banking every month.

          But last month on 22.3.19 there was a deduction from my icici account of rs. 1554.17 (Transaction remarks: vsi/www/policyb/[protected]/[protected]/).

          When i enquired with icici, they said i have given a standing instruction for this debit to policy bazaar which i havent as i dont need to. I dont have any such policy with this amount and i pay for my term insurance through neft.

          Please look into this on top priority, refund my payments and stop future payments from my account.

          You customer service no is also not contactable, its difficult to get a revert for this. Please sort this out today and give me a confirmation call as well.

              Policy bazaar and bajaj alianz issued 2 wheeler policy with a wrong version and cc specification of the bike.

              I have taken 2 wheeler insurence from policy bazar for yamaha r15 v3 155cc bike.

              Policy bazaar and bajaj alianz issued policy for r15 v2 149cc bike.

              I have contacted policy bazaar customer care on phone and email.
              Initially they said they didn't listed the v3 155cc version of r15 in their website.
              After me forwarding the screen shot of r15 v3 155cc listing in their website, they asked 4 days time to resolve.

              Now again they mauled me saying they need 4 more days to respond.

              Very unreliable website and service from policy bazar and associated company..

                I have paid amount of rs. 813 towards aegon term plan on 03.11.2017. After that i have cancelled policy on 31.12.2017 i have made a request for cancellation of policy and based on request policy was cancelled however till date i have not received refund for the same. For refund i have made several calls as well as mail communication however there is no results till date. It is very much disappointing that you people make various commitments...

                Dear sir,

                I am quite pained, amazed & shocked in the manner your tele representative mr. Jatin ahuja tried to act too smart and make my husband fool yesterday. My husband have checked policy premium online from religare company “care option” for me and my two children it was rs. 19, 102/-.

                Mr. Jatin has offered same policy at special 15% discount rs. 16, 237/- only for yesterday for purchasing exclusively from policybazar.com. My husband asked how it is possible. To which he replied company usually offer policybazar.com some discount scheme for limited period as they have tie up with lot of companies. Trusting the reputation of your company he made payment.

                When after returning from office he told the story to our family agent. Then truth of your mr. Jatin’s fraud came to light. Our agent disclosed no such discount can be offered by policybazar.com. But mr. Jatin might have added one rider suppressing facts from husband, under which company offer 15% discount on premium but in that case 20% copayment has to be made for treatment from non panel hospitals.

                This is just unacceptable, how on earth does a representative of reputed company like yours try to sell policy by employing such unethical tricks for such sensitive mediclaim policy. If by trusting your mr. Jatin in future suppose god forbids there is claim of 20 lakhs for treatment from non panel hospital of religare. At that time religare will ask me to pay 20% as co payment rs. 4 lakhs.in such a situation will mr. Jatin or policybazar.com will pay this additional burden amount and take responsibility of consequences for no fault from my side.

                I strongly protest and condemn the manner in which your mr. Jatin has sold policy by trying to act over smart. Actually such type of activity is criminal, unethical, breach of trust & unfair trade practice. I conclude such type on unethical practice should be immediately stopped from your platform otherwise it will land your customer and you in deep trouble. Kindly try to understand the gravity of mistake done by your employee and take suitable corrective action against him.

                I conclude stop such unethical practice for short term gain and look at the broader
                Picture. I demand immediate refund of rs. 16, 237/- paid by me online yesterday as i don’t want to purchase policy from you anymore.
                Hope matter is clear to you.

                Awaiting early action and kind co-operation in the matter.

                        I have been getting many messages and calls from policy bazaar after i subscribed to compare policies. After i found the right policy, i tried to unsubscribe though their website, they do not even have a unsubscribe button. I tried to reach customer support, but they are of no help too. Customer support executive told me they will deregister my number, but it's been 2 months with no solution.

You keep on sending emails in which you will say this will take more time, to which you cannot reply. They won't give a call back number.                             I was looking for a health care policy and contacted policy bajar and after all information provided by me, I was advised to take a star comprehensive policy but after doing payment I got rejected and I'm still waiting for refund, again I tried to book another policy and confirmed by policy bajar that I should take a star cardiac care policy and I won't be rejected, after 10 days of payment again it got rejected.. I thought that a online procedure of buying a policy would be fare and won't feel cheated but policy bajar ruined my experience and would never advice to anyone to take a policy from policy bajar.
