Policy Bazaar — Payment done but policy not issued by Policy Bazaar since 26th Jun

I have made a payment to renew the 02-wheeler insurance policy of Vehicle No MH-31-DU-5788 but still policy new renew and even though after made a payment, I am getting continuously reminder from your side for further payment.

Same I checked in my savings account statement but it clearly showed payment was made to the policy bazaar but it did not fail.

Required evidence and mail already shared with policy Bazaar team but response from their side.
