Policy Bazaar — "Payment made for new policy but policy not assigned" | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have made a payment of 3, 260 Rs/- on 22 October 2020 for Max Bupa Corona Kavach Policy from Policybazaar but still the policy is not assigned to me & payment has already been made. As i have made a payment on policybazaar website for Max Bupa Corona Kavach Policy through UPI & payment session was valid for 15 min. but after approving the payment from my UPI application the active payment session got terminated automatically & new session was started automatically before the expiry of the active payment session which is valid for 15 min. Kindly help me as this has happened with me & resulted in payment deduction from my account & no policy is still assigned to my me. As their Customer support is very disappointing as all support representatives are just providing others numbers to contact them & even some of them are disconnecting the calls if they are not able to give a proper solution as this is for first time i have to contact policybazaar for support but this is the way how existing policy holders are treated by them. I have not received a refund nor the required policy is assigned to me till now as it has been 10 days & i have not received any resolution for my ongoing issue.
