[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — policy premium payment mode and the deducted amount of first 3 premiums not submitted to insurance company

Hi, i am kona raja ratna gopal, is with policybazaar id 45577366, has taken a term policy of bharti axa with no.[protected]. While registering this policy, policybazaar insisted to make premium payment through policybazaar. They assured that mode can be changed any time. So i made it. But now they are not responding to my call for any regards. And the surprising thing is that they have not paid my deducted policy monthly premiums to the insurance company (Bharati axa). After my payments of premium i am still not insured as it lapsed now.
The worst experience from policy bazaar. Please don't suggest this any body, approach company directly.

It has not been resolved. Instead a fraud team tried to get my credit card details including CVV to loot me again. It is happened as soon as I posted my complaint here.
Policy Bazaar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

It has not been resolved. I came here for solution, not to get new problems. As soon as I posted my complaint here, immediately a person made a call and asked for amount of refund and Credit Card details including CVV to make the refund. I got doubt and didn't relieve the same. I felt some team is tracking these complaints and making use of particulars to fraud more.
