Hi all, I renewed my policy[protected] today at 9.05pm isd on february 15 through google pay transaction. Amount was debited from my account but policy was not renewed nor i received any confirmation email from your side. I wonder what service is this from a reputable company like yours. Request you to resolve this issue asap and send me the policy details and confirmation at the earliest. I don't want to escalate this issue with the higher authorities. Thank you.
