[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — premium paid in emi option but charged full

Mr. Gaurav mishra (Pw09514) one of the executive advised to go for emi option and guided the step to do so. I have followed whatever he suggested. But the amount was fully deducted, it's not converted into emis.
Upon questioning with the policy bazar team they clearly said that i now need to pay in full or else convert it into emi by my end which definitely would induct extra charge.
I repeatedly asked the executive to push it after 27th of may 2019 because the purchase is near the statement date but he only cared for his sales and target.
I would want policy bazar to pay for their miss conduct. Please help.
