premium paid in emi option but charged full

Mr. Gaurav mishra (Pw09514) one of the executive advised to go for emi option and guided the step to do so. I have followed whatever he suggested. But the amount was fully deducted, it's not converted into emis.
Upon questioning with the policy bazar team they clearly said that i now need to pay in full or else convert it into emi by my end which definitely would induct extra charge.

I have make term life insurance with policy bazaar and max life insurance from the first day i have submitted all the document which i have but still 5 6 days they asking for document then they have done medical and all after that they asking 3years itr from the first day i told i dont have itr they told okay give card statement i gave now almost after 15 days they are asking same and not refunding amount...

    For last few months, i am regularly getting calls from policy bazar persons as if i am looking for term plan. I have not accessed their website. I have informed the sales persons also to delete my details if any two weeks ago. But even yesterday was getting sms. Today multiple calls. Still getting calls from them. It is annoying. Please remove my contact details from your websites.

      I have taken a car insurance through policy bazaar. Details of policy are:
      Car make, maruti - ignis zets1, 2 at
      Registration number: dl9cam7009

      Last month i was going out of delhi and there was a special checkings due to elections, my papers were searched and i was told that your insurance policy is not valid as it is a photocopy. Originals to be produced. But any how on seeing my age the magistrate on duty let me go with a warning that keep originals with you always.
      I have requested the poilcy bazar on chat to issue the coloured policy and they have insured to send me within 15 days it will reach you. But now over a month have been elapsed and the original policy hase not yet reached me.
      It is requested that the original coloured policy may be sent to mimmediately.

        I opted for a mutual fund online and policybazaar asked for rs 600 as initial payment. I made the payment through policybazaar safe portal and money got deducted. After they directed me to a page and asked me for some details. When i was filling up the details, in between the page threw me an error. Now when i contacted the max life, they said they did not receive the money and problem is at policybazaar end. I dropped many mails and called them (Policy bazaar) multiple times, but did not get any response and my money got lost.in terms of customer complaints, customer satisfaction, their customer care, just everything is pathetic. Never ever try to opt anything through policy bazaar. You will be greatly disappointed.

          Hi team,

          I had availed a dhfl general insurance - comprehensive policy car insurance policy with the "booking id:[protected]" and application number "pb983pg[protected]" from policy bazaar.

          Though i had submitted the required documents and a self-inspection video, policy bazaar nor dhfl have not got back to me with any updates after a payment of inr 21, 026.

          After repeated calls, the 1st policy bazaar agent told me that i need to redo the entire self-inspection. So, i opted for cancellation but did not get a confirmation from their team. While speaking to their agent khushboo, i was asked to cancel again, so i requested for a senior support and the agent was reluctant to pass the call which has given me little choice to pursue this matter.
          I still have not a cancellation confirmation after my 5th attempt.
          Requesting your help as i have been unable to connect with anyone else from policy bazaar.

            Requested cancellation of policy. Now they are not responding to my request. I said to the person i talked to, that i will take the policy after settling of my job. But he was so good at convincing that i accepted and took the policy. But now when i am asking for cancellation i had not received a single response from there side. I am having some issue going on with me and i don't want this policy now. What to say, there was incorrect enteries in my form starting from my name, they said send them an email requesting to correct it. I did. And now they have issued the policy without correction.
            Now when i am asking them for cancellation they are not even addressing it.
            Not happy with your staff, your way of work, you cheat your customer.

              I booked 2 policy and cancelled one of them after confirmation from customer care. The policy is cancelled but I didn't get the refund yet. Every time they told I will get it in 5 days. And once 5 days completed again they drop an email on last days stating that it will take another 5 days. This is happening from more than 1 month. They even don't reply to my email. They even don't call me to tell the exact reason. I am really frustrated about this issue now. Policy number:[protected]

                I purchased a term plan from policy bazaar site which was of sbi. Policy bazaar asked for payment to the policy immediately, which i did.
                For some reason the policy was declined by sbi which happened after one month of my payment. Its 3 months now and i am unable to receive my policy refund money from policy bazaar. No calls are being entertained or if taken do not reach any conclusion. I only get an answer that the refund was initiated but failed. I have sent numerous mails to them asking which account no they are trying to put the refund back, but no answer is being given. The call center says they do not have the account details where the refund is being put. It is quite frustrating and i think this is a great fraud site, policybazaar.com

                  I have bought online bajaj car insurance through policy bazaar on 3rd may. One of the agent (Agent code:[protected] was committed me that this policy will cover unlimited bumper to bumper (Nil depreciation) damage benefits. But now i am not getting this facilities.
                  I have also mailed to [protected]@policybazaar.com but revert not received.
                  Agents always misguide the customers.

                    I bought tata aia term insurance on sunday 5th may 2019. My medical is yet not done. On further analysis on policy bazaar site i found that another plan best suits to me. So please cancel my tata aia plan.

                    Please find below the details.

                    They refunded money for tata term plan but not for future generali. While taking the policy they told me that there is 30 days of free look period. You can cancel anytime within 30 days.

                    Now they are telling money for future generali critical illness rider will not be refunded once policy issued. But i requested them to cancel the policy before the issuance of the policy and they didn't cancelled it and after 7 days they are telling now money will not be refunded. Please don't pay any premium after 3 months.

                      I tried to purchase a bike insurance from policy bazaar. The transaction was failed and i received message that the amount will be returned to my account. Then i purchased bike insurance in 2nd time. But i was surprised that they issued both 2 insurances. Then i complained this to policy bazaar and they told that they will return one policy paid premium amount.

                      Then the main play starts. Every week, i am getting emails from policy bazaar that "we would like to inform you that we are getting checked this case with the concerned team and will share an update by... Date". Once they sent one email that they transferred the amount into my account. I need to check with bank. Then i have shared my bank statement. Now again same old emails are coming every week that we are checking with concerned team.

                      This is so irritating and disgusting to check the same emails. That mean, once you pay to policy bazaar even if it is not your error also, they will never return it back to you. I guess, it may happened that the amount is enjoyed by any of the employee of policy bazaar.

                      They are doing what they do best that means same emails that "we would like to inform you that we are getting checked this case with the concerned team and will share an update by... Date". They are just playing and there is no intention to return the amount.

                      We are just normal customers. We are writing emails with bank statements and they are sending same reply every time. If you are not willing to return the money then just say it once.

                      I am getting hell of calls from Policy bazaar asking to buy insurance(Insurance is a Subject matter of solicitation) and how much ever times I explained I am not interested in their services. The calls continued.

                          Myself and my family travelled to usa, on a short trip for 20 days in may 2018.
                          To protect ourselves during this travel period, taken a travel insurance from bharthi axa called, "smarttraveller essential - us$ 200k" (Protection up to 140 lakhs approx) for all the three family members separately on may 13th 2018. (Policy number: sr624184/sr624185/sr624186)

                          The above mentioned policies bought through policybazaar.com online.

                          During our trip there have across about 4 incidents of loss that created so much of mental trauma for my family during travel.

                          1. Delay of our baggage when we landed first at newyork. Received one of our main baggage after two and days of landing. As we didn't have any local address, had to stay in new york for 3 days to receive the baggage.

                          2. When we travelled from pittsburgh to san francisco the airlines have lost our baggage which they could not trace it even today. Incidentally the airlines have charged an additional 205$ for over weight of 40kgs..

                          3. We had lost about 1750 cash loss too in the above mentioned incident of baggage loss, and on the advice of bharti axa customer service went and filed complaint immediately to sfo airport police station for an fir. Also filed a supplemental complaint too in continuation of the above fir. (The reports clearly states the loss of cash and our total luggage by the airlines.)
                          4. When we were on drive to hotel parked car on prescribed parking space, but in opposite facing side the normal local rules/law. So fined 35$ for improper parking.
                          I got repudiation for all my genuine claims in spite of given all original documents and evidences to bharti axa, without given any reasons so far.
                          1. I have been asking them on email for return of all my documents to escalate this case, i am yet to receive the same. (Ref: mail received below)
                          2. I was trying to register this case in their official complaints /grievance registration,
                          But their website not working /accepting complaints (Ref screen shoots below)
                          I would like to get the resolution from bharti axa/policy bazhaar.com

                            I wanted to get a term insurance. But i keep getting phone calls all the time forcing me to opt for icici. I don't plan on continuing to use policy bazaar. Please stop calling me and mailing. It gets irritating after a certain level. Please stop.. Kindly consider this as a request.
                            Please block my number and email i'd from your mailing list. I just hate to get such calls.

                              policy lapsed due to negligence on part of pb

                              I had purchased this policy from pb after lot of follow-ups and insistence from the sales representative. As soon as the policy was issued the agent disappeared and refused to answer any calls from my number. Moreover they missed out to update the auto-pay account number to hdfc which has now led my application to lapse. And if i wish to revive the application, i need to pay a revival fee....

                              I am not interested to take any type of call from policybazaar.com. This site call me again and again. I just called one executive two year ago for a general query about health insurance. But they called me again and again. I am tanushree sarkar, they even called me to talk to sonia mitra, priyankar roy again and again. It make me disturbed. Consider my privacy. I am not interested to bussiness with you. I have another way to buy policy. Never disturb me again.

                                On 04/05/2019, i used policy bazar website to renew my father's two - wheeler insurance (Expiring on 05/05/2019 at united insurance) with united insurance. My account was debited with the premium of rs. 791/- at 10:14 pm but the transaction somehow failed. Till this moment money is not credited back to my account. It should have happened automatically.
                                I used sbi internet banking to pay the premium but as soon as the premium is debited from my account instead of redirecting back to the policy bazaar page the page crashed and i received the message transaction failed. Neither of them has acknowledged. No assurance till now of resolution.

                                  I purchased a car insurance from policy bazaar with national insurance, comprehensive insurance for 7150₹ and they took the payment very fast, as if they will issue the soft copy of the insurance policy at once. They came up with pre inspection policies after they took the payment, i am a house wife, not well versed with smart phones, i repeatedly asked them to refund my monies to my credit card or send some company representative. Its already five days that they have not initiated the refund and also did not accept the vedio of the pb inspection app, my question to the irda is that, why do these agent take the money before hand and they come up with the pre inspection clause. Why not the other way around. I am being harrassed by these company nd not getting any help from their side. I am helpless and want to sue this company for being negligence.

                                    I have been suffering after tranfering money to buy a policy in sip.
                                    Under pressure they made me pay money and since then i have sent number of request to speak about my concern but no response. I keep getting requests to fill up my form which i can't without discussing and clarification on some key issues. The sales team are calling at odd hours and when i request a time to call they never call. They told me that i will get full refund if am not happy with the policy but am not getting any clarification which i have been asking from day one when the staff assured to confirm all details on emails which never happened.
