[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — refund against reference no. 49124351 | |
I have paid amount of rs. 813 towards aegon term plan on 03.11.2017. After that i have cancelled policy on 31.12.2017 i have made a request for cancellation of policy and based on request policy was cancelled however till date i have not received refund for the same. For refund i have made several calls as well as mail communication however there is no results till date. It is very much disappointing that you people make various commitments during sales policy but on the other hand there is zero commitment while execution resulting consumers losing faith day by day on online transactions.
