Policy Bazaar — refund money not received | |||
I had cancelled a four wheeler policy earlier purchased on policybazaar.com because I sold my car. The policy has been cancelled successfully. (After almost a month of email and calls) After all their tantrums they finally accepted to refund me my amount after deducting a bit of their fees and an amount for the number of days the policy was active. I agreed to it. Now the status of the policy shows (Refund processed successfully), whereas there is no credit of the said amount in my bank account. The refund was completed successfully on[protected], whereas as on date i.e.[protected], no money has been received by me in my account. My policy booking ID with them was[protected] And the refund amount was - 5230 The policy cancellation request was made on[protected], still the matter remains unsolved. Request you to kindly look into this matter. P.S - Attaching along my bank statement, where an amount - 5432 is the premium paid, but there is no credit of 5230. Was this information helpful? | |||
