Hi team,

I have a policy of car insurance from policy bazar for which i raised a ticket on 29th sept-2019 in order to transfer ownership.
After multiple follow up with the team over a call as well as over email, they have not taken any steps.
Each time, i called them to the customer center and they provided me the date that by this date they will complete your ticket but so far they have not taken any steps.br...

Have purchased a policy 10058688 of religare in 2013 from your site. At that time i was non smoker and till now i never claimed.in 2019 i hospitalised with soem reason and religare informed about claim they visited me and inquired my son. He said casually i smoked since last 5-7 years and religare rejected claim as i smokes before policy also and didn't declare that

I wants my proposal form as ist is that i was non smoker at that time or second at that time i left blank because it has many options which i need clarity. Same is reported by religare
But religare said that the policy is purchased online so we not having any proposal form and policybazaar will help in case.

This type of pathetic service is provided by religare

    I purchased a two-wheeler united india insurance from them on 26/10/2019 saturday. They never give me the confirmation mail, and i lost 1408rs from my bank acc.
    Then i call their customer care fo the details they saying we get your payment kindly wait for 48hrs for the softcopy.
    Today is the fourth day still i don't get the confirmation mail and soft copy of the policy.
    Today i call them to the further details they still saying wait for 24hrs they don't give refund my money back my insurance expired now it's too risky to drive like this please take an action for this or give my money back,

      cancellation and refund

      I cancelled policy within 15 days but refund not done by company. They says you can cancel it within 15 days and your money automatically in your account but now they says it requires branch visit of banks
      I purchase term plan but i want to cancel and want my money back. I don't like that plan after taking plan policy bazar don't respond promptly and they also makes many mistakes in my all details like nomination. Si i want to cancel...

      Had discussions for health coverage for self and family. Payment was made for two years premium and due to delay by policy bazaar had asked for cancellation of pro[posal and refund of money (Rs.48000/- plus). But tje company is not responding to request and has retained my money inspite of my request not to go ahead with policy processing as i have lost faith in the company and seeing the poor response of the staff.

      Request help me in recovering the paid amount. The policy is linked to my mobile number below.

      Getting e-mail from religare to pay additional amounts inspite of my request to Policy bazaar, they have forwarded my request to religare with false data and without my consent.

      Policy Bazaar has not confirmed reversal of payment till date and holding on to my money with no service given. It seems it is easier for companies like PolicyBazaar to take the consumers for a ride at their cost.

        This is regarding complaint against policybazaar.com for delay in processing policy and avoiding for refund of amount

        I have applied one kotak term life insurance and pnb met life insurance policy through policy bazaar

        First i have choosed kotak term life insurance in policy bazaar and shown least cost. So applied for this policy.in policy bazaar.com without asking address details, they have asked for payment. So on belief i made payment of rs 762 for two months premium in kotak term life insurance. (4397 is the otp to verify details and provide consent for your application no 72413594, equote no 72413594 of kotak e-term plan). Late while filling proposal application, i came to know that kotak service is not available in our area or location.

        Policy bazaar team again they made phone call and assured to reject the kotak policy and refund the amount on 12.10.19. And still now the amount not refunded from policy bazaar. Their response also improper. This is purely mistake from policy bazaar without asking full customer details, they are indulging all customers to make payment.

        And again policy bazaar team insisted to choose another policy i. E pnb met life and they (Shri. Sarath murugan sales agent) have filled the proposal form wrongly (My date of birth is 09.04.1986. But sarath murugan has filled as 09.04.1990.) and completed incorrect proposal form without asking customer to verify and again asked for payment. On belief again i again made payment for rs 544/- on 12.10.19 (Otp to verify details and provide consent for your application no[protected], equote no[protected] of pnb metlife mera term plan). Thereafter shri archit from policy bazaar has identified the incorrect detail (Date of birth) in the proposal form on 12.10.19 (On the day itself) and got declaration from myself. I have given declaration also on 12.10.19. But without following correct procedure, policy bazaar team have submitted incorrect proposal form details (Filled by sarath murugan) to pnb met life insurance. Now pnb have issued policy document with wrong date of birth. Still now no action taken and no proper response by policy bazaar team for above two policies.

        I m worried and i am having mental agony, because of policy bazaar lethergic attitude in digital india. Hence i am requesting irda to intervene this issue and take action against all official at fault.
        Further i am requesting to refund the amount for rejected policy and request for issue of policy document with correct date of birth

          Your service executive called me 20/10/2019 and asked me to send you my feedback about manipalcigna.

          This are my feedback about the current status of their customer service:

          1. I could complete the online payment for renewing my policy after almost one month from the date (Sept 15) i had send a request for revised premium for lower covered amount. I was almost planning to switch to some other insurance, considering this delay.in between i kept receiving calls reminding me about the policy renewal.

          2. Online payment screens, passwords and feedback:

          The first screen after you click: https://buyonline.manipalcigna.com/buy-health-insurance/makepayment, shows two items with star mark:

          (2.1) proposal number - what is this proposal number; is it policy number or is it something else? No explanation.

          (2.2) amount - what amount premium or sum assured?

          (2.3) the receipt page has a download option. But the downloaded file needs a password, which is only known to the creator of website.

          (2.4) finally your feedback system which is permanently having problem

          3) after i renewed my policy on oct 15,. I have not received any communications from manpipal cigna.

            Why are we getting calls again and again when we clearly said we are not interested?
            I submitted a complaint earlier too.
            What steps have been taken then?
            When we said we are not interested for the nth time on a sunday the executive is shouting on the top of his voice.

            We have no count of the calls which we have been blocking since a week now.
            Please take some urgent action and block this number - [protected] or we will be taking some strict action against policy bazaar now

              This is regarding getting a refund for my cancelled car insurance policy (Policy Number[protected] from National Insurance company through Policy Bazaar) on Date 05/10/2019 for a total amount Rs. 3753. I cancelled my car insurance almost an hour after I purchased it because of some error in the policy as guided by Mr. Abhishek from Policy Bazar, who asked me to cancel the policy and buy a new policy.
              He suggested so and told me that I will not be charged for a single penny for policy cancellation as I cancelled it before policy even started over a recorded line and that I will get my refund processed in my account in around 3-5 working Days which I never got. I called Policy Bazar customer care after 5 working days then I was told the refund takes 7 days.

              I did not get any information on refund for almost 10 working days, today (17/10/2019) when I called again to the customer care, Mr. Hiraz asked me about the policy and he says that I am raising a request for cancellation today and you will get your refund in 15-17 days and that I will be charged for minimum of Rs. 118 as admin fees and also for the days which the policy has been used on prorata basis .

              I am highly disappointed and frustrated because of the consistent follow ups and getting pathetic replies. They come up with something new every time I call the customer care for asking refund. I am tired of all this, If you could please help me with the same.

                My husband (Siddhartha bhattacharya) is getting minimum 10 calls from policy bazaar everyday when we clearly said more than once that we are not interested now. They are calling from so many different numbers that even blocking those are of no help. They are calling from some other number the next day. This has been happening since a week and this is very irritating when we are getting such calls during office hours.

                  I moin farooqui took health insurance of apollo thru policy bazaar in the month of august mid for my entire family. But my younger daughter was not 90 days old they said they will give me call back once she turn 90 days to add her in exisitng policy and conceived me to take the policy, and i took policy believing policy bazaar executive on the same day, but now when my daughter turned 90 days on sept 1st week and time to add my baby in my existing policy. Policy bazaar is least bothered to add my daughter name every time i call to policy bazaar they say we will get back to you in 48 hrs...! I am in touch with sales and service department of policy bazaar but no one is taking it to next step to do the needful and resolve my policy, its been more than a month and no resolution. I like to take serious action on policy bazaar for cheating customers by giving fall promises. Please call me to [protected] for further discussion...!

                    I am yet to receive my policy document of star health (Optima policy) which i renewed through you on 25th september. Previous policy number p/161130/01/2019/023385. I have received several false commitment of getting my policy document ranging from 5 working days to within hour. When ever i contacted on policy bazar helpline number they said it will get resolved with hours or day. I called 28 time and discussed the issue which still not resolved. Ms geetha joshi who assured me on 8th i will get it by 10 evening. 7pm which did not happened. Today again after calling 3times she said at 2.30 pm i will be getting my policy in an hours time or else i proceed with my complaint and she will take responsibility of the same. Kindly ask policy bazaar executive to give false commitment further also take action against such act in future. Please resolve my pending issue urgently.

                        Too much calls and emails from the policy bazaar it's irritating, i have just checked a policy premium in their site and they started to call like anything.                               I have purchased a old car and after rc ownership transfer,
                              I applied for vehicle insurance ownership transfer. Policybazar has submitted my request successfully and taken all supporting docs from me.

                              Now from last 40 days i am continuously follow up with them on phone and email for policy transfer progress but they are not responding.

                              Now i feel very harassed as i am unable to use my vehicle due to not valid insurance.

                                  I had purchased a renewal policy for my scooter hero pleasure on 7th sept but policy bazaar failed to issues the policy in next 3-4 days. Therefore i cancelled the policy purchase after talking to the customer care who assured me to refund the amount within a week. Since then i have lodged several complaint to the costumer care but my money has not been refunded so far.
                                  Please do the needful for refund at the earliest so that as a premium costumer, i can continue my belief in policy bazar. The details of transaction is as under:-
