I am getting too many calls from different numbers from policy bazaar daily from the time i wanted to search some information related to insurance schemes in their website. Every time i block the number, they keep calling from different numbers. I clearly told them that i am not interested in buying any insurance from them. But still i am getting minimum 2 calls a day. Please help.

    I took a car insurance policy from their website on 14th november. They have not generated the policy and sent me soft copy of the same since 4 days. Everyday they are giving false excuses like wait for another day, technical problems are going on, etc. I am so fed up of their false promises that i am thinking of filing a case in consumer court if this does not materialize soon.

      I am getting frequent sms from paisabazar credit sector daily. Daily I am getting more than 20 messages from different credit sectors. please stop sending messages to my mobile. i am very Much disappointed with you. for every 10 mins I am getting messages from your side. even my network could not identify and block the messages. i beg you please stop the promotional messages. if I need any credit cards or loans I will definitely contact paisa bazar only.         Dear team

        Damaged vehicle had place in dpg hyundai patiala for estimate as per your demand. The dpg will give the estimate till 19 and 20th. But we are getting this experience that policy was issued gurgaon office in background while processing through online purchase of this policy form policy bazar site.

        We are getting harassment :-
        1. Local executive from uiic is not supporting because policy has been issued from gurgaon branch
        2. It has been a long waiting in chasing surveyor for initial inspection.

        We had got a long list of commitment while applying policy from policy bazar and a regular notification messages from policy bazar showing commitment. If we are taking about support we are getting negative response from your site, we are already explained the criticality of the situation and life loss in the accident. After there should be rapid support.

        We have a good experience with same insurance company as but as this it was routed from gurgaon office, we are getting negative response.

        We are not getting any guidance for further proceedings. Kindly expedite the matter asap.

        We have got a major accident on 05 nov 2019 time: 07:10 am near kouli gate, opposite tata motor gate, i, umesh sawhney was driving the car with my father (Swadesh kumar sahni). I was injured and got a huge loss with death of father (Swadesh kumar sawhney) on the spot. Car was brought by nhai police trolling team at dhareri jattan toll plaza near kauli. It is still there.

          I am an nri based in dubai. We had purchased a medical insurance policy no. P/161130/01/2020/007669 of star health insurance online on 16/05/2019 through policybazaar.

          On 1/11/2019 we have paid rs. 4544/- (Ban debit advice attached) to policybazaar towards super topup plan of rs. 10 lakhs of hdfc ergo on advice of advice of policybazaar advisor mr. Himanshu verma id # pw 18053. Until today no policy has been issued and payment also not refunded even though i have been requesting them online and also sending emails since 4/11/2019 to cancel our application and refund our payment of rs. 4544/- back into my bank account.

          There is no reply from policybazaar to our online requests or to our numerous emails.

          Before we paid the premium they were calling us everyday to take the policy. After we paid the premium they have stopped responding or replying to our calls & emails.

          I would like to tell people to not take any insurance through policybazaar because their customer service is extremely poor, especially after you pay the premium. Their left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

          Kindly assist in getting our payment refund.

            I live in vidisha -46401 (Madhya pradesh) and when i searched for taking a mediclaim policy about a month ago, i got a call from a woman named kajal from an agency called policy bazaar. I refused to take the policy after getting the information. After that that lady kajal is harassing me to take policy by calling me again and again, i am very upset.

            I did transcation to book policy (icici prudentcial), but policy not booked after transcation.
            After transcation blank page shown in browser.
            So please give policy number or initiate refund.

              I was booked my car insurance policy online through policy bazar on 30/10/2019. But in the next day morning when i checked the status of policy on policy bazar portal, the status was reflected that your policy was not booked and refund of amount 4046 inr will be processed in next 3-4 working days. After the elapsed of time period i was contact to customer care three times but no satisfactory response received. Finally i had write email to their customer care but still my refund is not credited in my account. Please help.

                Hello policy bazaar,

                What the hell you peoples are doing, and you hired some fully frustated executives from their lifes, they don't know how to communicate with the customers or any person. If i am not purchasing any policy from you then your executive name pankaj called me and harrasing me from their personal number and said you wasted my so much time, you are not capable to take the policy.

                Is this how you treat with new customers and, who can believe you that what your executive said is true.
                Now i am going to viral that conversation on social media and also approach with consumer court.

                  Had purchased an investment policy of bajaj allianz policy no. [protected] through policy bazaar in September and cancelled this policy in October through bajaj allianz. They confirmed about the cancellation and refunded 1st installment of premium on 25 October. While in the process of free look cancellation, policy bazaar deducted 2nd installment of premium amount rs. 3000 on 14 October. Since that day I was continuously in contact with bankbazaar and policy bazaar. Bank bazaar replied they didn't receive 2nd installment as premium was deducted by policy bazaar in process of free look cancellation period. I sent a no. Of e-mail and contacted so many times to policy bazaar regarding this query but policy bazaar didn't respond through e-mail and talked rudely on this matter, they always disconnect the call or put on hold for long time. I'm fed up with response from policy bazaar, it's more than 20 days of deduction of premium but policy bazaar is not responding satisfactory on my query. I request you to refund my installment of rs. 3000 at earliest.

                      I tried to renew my policy effective 1.11.2019 with Bajaj Allianz through Policy Bazaar and made a payment of Rs.11, 717 on 20.9.2019 (Please see attached screen shot which states the amount and rejection by Bajaz Allianz and also the payment references). Till date I have not received the refund despite several follow ups. I have made multiple follow ups with Bajaj Allianz as well as Policy Bazaar with no improvement in status quo.

                        Have purchased a policy 10058688 of religare in 2013 from your site. At that time i was non smoker and till now i never claimed.in 2019 i hospitalised with soem reason and religare informed about claim they visited me and inquired my son. He said casually i smoked since last 5-7 years and religare rejected claim as i smokes before policy also and didn't declare that

                        I wants my proposal form as ist is that i was non smoker at that time or second at that time i left blank because it has many options which i need clarity. Same is reported by religare
                        But religare said that the policy is purchased online so we not having any proposal form and policybazaar will help in case.

                        This type of pathetic service is provided by religare

                          I purchased a two-wheeler united india insurance from them on 26/10/2019 saturday. They never give me the confirmation mail, and i lost 1408rs from my bank acc.
                          Then i call their customer care fo the details they saying we get your payment kindly wait for 48hrs for the softcopy.
                          Today is the fourth day still i don't get the confirmation mail and soft copy of the policy.
                          Today i call them to the further details they still saying wait for 24hrs they don't give refund my money back my insurance expired now it's too risky to drive like this please take an action for this or give my money back,

                            cancellation and refund

                            I cancelled policy within 15 days but refund not done by company. They says you can cancel it within 15 days and your money automatically in your account but now they says it requires branch visit of banks
                            I purchase term plan but i want to cancel and want my money back. I don't like that plan after taking plan policy bazar don't respond promptly and they also makes many mistakes in my all details like nomination. Si i want to cancel...

                            Had discussions for health coverage for self and family. Payment was made for two years premium and due to delay by policy bazaar had asked for cancellation of pro[posal and refund of money (Rs.48000/- plus). But tje company is not responding to request and has retained my money inspite of my request not to go ahead with policy processing as i have lost faith in the company and seeing the poor response of the staff.

                            Policy Bazaar has not confirmed reversal of payment till date and holding on to my money with no service given. It seems it is easier for companies like PolicyBazaar to take the consumers for a ride at their cost.

                              This is regarding complaint against policybazaar.com for delay in processing policy and avoiding for refund of amount

                              I have applied one kotak term life insurance and pnb met life insurance policy through policy bazaar

                              First i have choosed kotak term life insurance in policy bazaar and shown least cost. So applied for this policy.in policy bazaar.com without asking address details, they have asked for payment. So on belief i made payment of rs 762 for two months premium in kotak term life insurance. (4397 is the otp to verify details and provide consent for your application no 72413594, equote no 72413594 of kotak e-term plan). Late while filling proposal application, i came to know that kotak service is not available in our area or location.

                              Policy bazaar team again they made phone call and assured to reject the kotak policy and refund the amount on 12.10.19. And still now the amount not refunded from policy bazaar. Their response also improper. This is purely mistake from policy bazaar without asking full customer details, they are indulging all customers to make payment.

                              And again policy bazaar team insisted to choose another policy i. E pnb met life and they (Shri. Sarath murugan sales agent) have filled the proposal form wrongly (My date of birth is 09.04.1986. But sarath murugan has filled as 09.04.1990.) and completed incorrect proposal form without asking customer to verify and again asked for payment. On belief again i again made payment for rs 544/- on 12.10.19 (Otp to verify details and provide consent for your application no[protected], equote no[protected] of pnb metlife mera term plan). Thereafter shri archit from policy bazaar has identified the incorrect detail (Date of birth) in the proposal form on 12.10.19 (On the day itself) and got declaration from myself. I have given declaration also on 12.10.19. But without following correct procedure, policy bazaar team have submitted incorrect proposal form details (Filled by sarath murugan) to pnb met life insurance. Now pnb have issued policy document with wrong date of birth. Still now no action taken and no proper response by policy bazaar team for above two policies.

                              I m worried and i am having mental agony, because of policy bazaar lethergic attitude in digital india. Hence i am requesting irda to intervene this issue and take action against all official at fault.
                              Further i am requesting to refund the amount for rejected policy and request for issue of policy document with correct date of birth

                                Your service executive called me 20/10/2019 and asked me to send you my feedback about manipalcigna.

                                This are my feedback about the current status of their customer service:

                                1. I could complete the online payment for renewing my policy after almost one month from the date (Sept 15) i had send a request for revised premium for lower covered amount. I was almost planning to switch to some other insurance, considering this delay.in between i kept receiving calls reminding me about the policy renewal.

                                2. Online payment screens, passwords and feedback:

                                The first screen after you click: https://buyonline.manipalcigna.com/buy-health-insurance/makepayment, shows two items with star mark:

                                (2.1) proposal number - what is this proposal number; is it policy number or is it something else? No explanation.

                                (2.2) amount - what amount premium or sum assured?

                                (2.3) the receipt page has a download option. But the downloaded file needs a password, which is only known to the creator of website.

                                (2.4) finally your feedback system which is permanently having problem

                                  Why are we getting calls again and again when we clearly said we are not interested?
                                  I submitted a complaint earlier too.
                                  What steps have been taken then?
                                  When we said we are not interested for the nth time on a sunday the executive is shouting on the top of his voice.
