[Resolved]  Policy Bazaar — refund not received from past 2 months scam of selling policies

I have been struggling from past two months to get my refund. Kindly address this issue and resolve at the earliest.

I would also like to share my extreme displeasure about the services of policy bazaar. The organisation definitely lack responsible workers and employees. The agents are only after the sales.

I would like to highlight a issue regarding unethical practices of policy bazaar.
I had not submitted any documents other than the adhaar card. And not even then pan card and bank details earlier. So in no way the policy should have been issued. More so over i had raised a query immediately after the payment regarding the mistakes in the personal particulars by the agent. Before it could be rectified, in no condition the policy should have been issued. From two days i have been receiving emails and messages to submit the documents so that the policy could be issued. And now surprisingly i find that policy has been issued without the documents on its own. It can not happen on its own. Bi hold your representatives responsible for this. Your agents namely mr neeraj powar and mr aamir must be warned and counselled for sharing false commitments and making bookings like this. The agent rohit should be asked for a clarification regarding the issuance of booking. How is it possible that immediately when the call was disconnected by rohit, i get an email that my policy has been issued. If you guys are still not getting it.. Then god only saves your customers..

I have been struggling to get my refund of rs 10000. Out of which i got a refund of rs 4700 on 02 nd nov 18 after more than one month. And for the amount of rs 5000 which was debited from my card on 27 oct 18 when the policy was already under free look cancellation and already cancelled rather.

I have been receiving variety of responses from you guys. The response of mr sachin gaikwad was the most shocking. You guys have clearly washed your hands saying that you have processed a refund already. The last email in this regard was on 08 nov where in you guys had mentioned that this refund is initiated and amount will reflect in my account with in 6-7 days.
It's been more than 2 weeks now. And today's response of mr sachin gaikwad was that he is not aware about this at all. Since i have spoken to him now he will check this. And till now he was not aware about this. The same agent has been replying to my emails and is completely aware of the concern.
I am now going to seek the help of social media definitely to wipe out this racquet of yours.

The policy was issued even after the cancellation request before generation of policy.
Then policy was issued without the minimum required documents i. E. Pan card, bank details of the policy holder and kyc documents against the regulation of irda.

Then my card was unauthorisely charged for a cancelled policy without any authentication on 27 oct 18 of rs 5000 for which i haven't received the refund till date.

The initial refund was of rs 4700 out of 5000 after deduction of cancellation charges.

And the next charge of rs 5000 is still not reversed.

This is a complete scam where in agents make a sale by forgery and hinding the terms and conditions. I was rather told by the policy bazar agent that i can cancel this policy with no charge at all with in next 30 days.

And then even if someone cancels you make business by charging cancellation fees.

And then also charge the original mode of payment as succeccive instalment premium despite of the policy being cancelled.

There is no one in policy bazaar and bajaj allianz who could resolve this issue even after 50 days.
And the agents are arrogant in saying that they don't care if i am a soldier.

As I provided you transaction detail on Tue 20 Nov, 2018, 4:18 PM that was the collection detail means Bajaj Allianz got your premium.

However, the same amount and transaction being reverse, that is why the Utr number is same.

Service provide by Admin department in rohini branch is totally ridiculous trying to call them 4-5 times in a day to resolve issue in respect of my insurance policies but they are totally ignoring my calls and msgs.
