Policy Bazaar — refund of policy amount

Dear, Sir,
I have done a commercial car policy through policy bazaar(united Insurance) on 11 Apr 19. Payment has been deducted on 11 Apr 19 and generate the booking ID[protected]. but after a numerous contact and mail policy bazaar has not being issued the policy till 30 Apr 19.on 30 Apr they issued policy no POLICY NO.:[protected].

Meanwhile I have done another policy of same vehicle with united insurance on 24 Apr 19, As my vehicle is impound in house due to nonavailability of insurance. My policy number is [protected]P[protected] dated 24 Apr 19.

on 07 may I requested policy bazaar to cancel my policy vide ticket no PB 86776356 but till date ( 19 Aug 19) . My refund is pending with the company. Now the policy bazar ( Mr Kailaish Pandey, Mr Gaurav yadav and Mr atAshish Kumar ) is telling that you will get only Rs.17000 instead of Rs.28070 which was paid.

I have send numerous mail and whatsup messages to the policy bazar but no response received so far. please do the needful on priorty please.
