Policy Bazaar — refund of policy | |||||
I have booked a car insurance policy of bajaj allianz through policybazzar which was rejected by insurer due to video of car was not clear for inspection. Customer care advised that i will receive my refund withib 7 workibg days. It's been more than 15 days i am chasing for my refund amount. Have called customer numerious times but just getting a response that we are working on it and will get back to you but no one is proving any update. I try to escalate this to thier supervisors but they are responding with very careless attitude.. Everday i am calling customer care 3 to 4 times but still dont have an update when i will receive my money back.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Representative from policy bazaar called from phone no. [protected] to me at12:46 hrs. then i told don't want anything and pl. don't call again. Then he told me i will call you regularly and you have no option in the rash language.
