Policy Bazaar — soft copy not received for car insurance | |||
Hi team, I have buy my car insurance for my wife (Payal kapoor) on 01/11/2018 as my previous policy will expired on 12/11/2018 and paid the amount of 4141 on 01/11/2018 booking number 81177666. I have chased many time to policy bazaar and raised multiple complaints for that and they said i will received my policy before my previous policy been expired however still i have not received soft copy of my policy and my previous policy has been expired yesterday 12/11/2018 and now i don’t have policy if something will happen with me or my car than no one responsible for that also if traffic policy will check my car document than i don’t have insurance so they can raise challan on me. I had buyed a term plan(application no.[protected]from max life through policy Bazaar but after nearly 25 days they declined my application and now they failed to refund my amount as well. So I urge common people not to opt for policy Bazaar, instead go directly to any of company office near you.
Any response on my query????????????
