[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — suggesting a policy with very poor customer service | |
Was looking for an sip plan Policy bazaar team referred a plan by bajaj allianz Highly recommended due to commissions ofcourse. All documents submitted as per policy bazaar and bajaj allianz guidelines. Was asked to pay the first premium online and the rest would be auto debited. Made the online payment. Keep getting constant emails from bajaj allianz to pay the primum online as the auto debit is not activated since 4 months. Took the issue back with policy bazaar since they sold the policy. The representatives washed their hands off saying it is usual process and procedure. Recommend to be careful of false promises from such "reputed" names. Was this information helpful? | |
