Policy Bazaar — transfer of policy ownership

Hi team,

I have a policy of car insurance from policy bazar for which i raised a ticket on 29th sept-2019 in order to transfer ownership.
After multiple follow up with the team over a call as well as over email, they have not taken any steps.
Each time, i called them to the customer center and they provided me the date that by this date they will complete your ticket but so far they have not taken any steps.
Initially they assured me that that would complete this transfer by 20th oct then they given the date of 24th oct after that they provided the date of 28th oct then 1st nov and now they provided the date of 6th nov.
Neither they able to provide the eta nor they taking any steps to complete the same.
Kindly look int this matter.
