Dear Sir, I have purchased a two wheeler insurance policy dated 10th Jan 2019 at 10.25pm via web portal amounting Rs.961/, with my card ending with ...4518.The amount has been deducted from my account and I haven’t received any notification regarding policy. I have applied for car insurance policy 5 days ago... my inspection video is getting rejected again and again... so I asked for manual inspection.. but no one yet arrived for inspection. I am not able to drive my car as my previous policy has been expired.. so i need refund of my amount so that I can apply for policy from other sources
