Policy Bazaar — Wrong information provided while selling health policy

I was made to renew my daughter's two year old star health insurance policy through policy bazaar While persuading me to renew the policy, the agent Ms Sapna Sharma kept calling me from her mobile number and gave me false information. As my daughter's policy had accrued two years no claim benifit (5 lac + 2.5 lac NCB) the other competing brands available through policybazaar portal had offered better terms for renewal however Ms Sapna said that while renewing the policy from star health I will be offered 5l+5L NCB if i further renew it for 3 years. However upon actual renewal I got coverage of 5L + 2.5 NCB. Thus I was deprived to avail better option offered by competition and also made to continue with comparatively inferior product for additional 2 years all because of vested interest of Ms Sapna in selling only star health policy. Upon receipt of policy document on WhatsApp I immediately reverted but received no response. After 5 days I complaint to [protected]@policybazaar.com against which I received 5-6 communication asking for additional times as they are taking up the matter with Star health from their end. After 15 days when free lock-in period of policy had expired I got a call from Mr Ravinder Singh (BPW25946) and questioned me whether i have any recording for the same. They are mentioning that they have recording of my conversation with Ms Sapna Sharma. All my email asking for sharing the recording with me are going unanswered.
Really disgusting apparently Policy bazaar is a fraud company wherein they are not bothered about customer.
