Policybazaar — premium paid twice for hdfc click to wealth plan | |||
Hi team, This is to inform you that i have scheduled call from policybazar but not received yet. This is regarding my hdfc life click to wealth of my existing plan. I have already paid premium of rs. 5000 on 13th jul'2020 through net banking. However it is deducted again from my credit card which is registered on policybazar for auto debit. There was confusion on whether policy registered for auto debit or not hence i made payment through net banking. Request you to please reverse payment of rs 5000 which is paid through credit card.
