I went to polinsys for immigration/study options...study was my first choice..but..polinsys kochi..client consultant lisme emmanuel and boni manuel brain washed me and dragged me into thier nets..Now...I lost me family..I lost me life..and i don't know what to do..every word they said in the beginning..they contradicted in the further process.. and says, they haven't said such things...I don't know much about consumer laws and immigration laws...please help me int this matter...

Polinsys Overseas Career Specialist Customer Care's response We had represented your immigration application and filled your Express Entry profile on 27th January 2016 and after 1 year when the profile got ineligible due to 1 year validity, we have resubmitted your profile on 28th January 2017. Again after 1 year we have resubmitted on 3rd February 2018 and would have been active in the Express Entry pool until 2nd February 2019 if your IELTS were active. But unfortunately your IELTS got expired on 17th Oct 2018 and you did not provide us a new valid IELTS score because of which your Express Entry profile also got ineligible on 17th Oct 2018. We had tried for different PNP programs but unfortunately didn't get Invitation to Apply from the province. As IELTS is a mandatory requirement to qualify for Federal Skilled Worker program we had informed you to provide an updated valid IELTS score till now we had not received it.

As a Authorized Representative we can only represent your application with CIC for a fee and we are not and will not guarantee any result as it is illegal to do so and as the contract clearly says. You have to pay for the work we do and we have worked on your file for a very long time.
