Dear sir, MY NAME IS K. MANOJ KUMAR CONTACT NO: [protected], [protected] I’m a normal employee. My basic salary was 15, 000/- per month .one day I purchased a tab worth near 4, 800/- in SANDS SHOPPING HUB in the year of 2013. After that the people of sands shopping hub, (MOHAN GUPTA AND VAISHNAVI MADAM) phoned me and stated that u have one of the lucky winner and got prize amount of Rs. 18 lakhs you pay the taxes & bank processing charges etc. To the company. Hence i have paid as requested by the company. Further, they calling day to day till to day-your prize money increased up to Rs. 22 lakhs other wise your invested money not refunded. Till to date i have invested nearly Rs.8 lakhs. Till to date they have not releasing the amount either invested money or prize money. Till now 1year 6 months completed, but they are not refund my money and winning amount. Above all I lost lot money, I need call every day to the customer care, I am worried and disturbed every day. They have given wrong commitment and they have cheated and looted me everything. Now I am paying for the amount interest @ 32% annum .My humble plea is that amount will be refund with interest. And no one should be cheated by this way of wrong commitment. I’m facing lot of financial problems and suffering so money problems like: struggling food problems, every month maintenance etc., I have an evidence, that those people who are talking with me in that time I recorded that discussions and also I have every payment transaction details. So please, I’m requesting you to kindly help me sir. i'm mentioning the executives names which they are cheated me and gave a wrong commitments. MOHAN GUPTA, VAISHNAVI MADAM, MOHITH BAJAJ, BIPANSHU AGARWAL, AMITH BHAKSHI, ABHAY PRATAP, PRATAP. Please take an action to these guys are cheating a lot of innocence persons.

Sub : Grievance and Complaint against the Company Cheating
the public .

Ref : my S B A/c No.[protected], Kengeri Bangalore, Karnataka,
branch.

I had provided my Debit card details to one of the Info
systems company by Name Sands Info
systems P.Ltd., , upon by telling by them that my card is selected for some
gift from the company .I had provided those details only for one transaction
but they did too many transactions, after knowing the Fraud I changed the ATM
PIN but even then they are able to access my account by using the Debit card
no. and did the transactions and withdraw the money to the company.

After
Enquiring they are telling that they will do the cash back and to do the cash
back I have to maintain Rs.43995/-, by the time I will transfer the money to my
SBI account they will withdraw the Money by using my debit card no. and I had
changed my ATM PIN also.They are able to read my account by knowing the Debit
Card no.

Sir I am herewith forwarding the account statement of
transactions happened between 31sr December to 3rd January, and the
transactions highlighted were happened without my consent and authorization.

This is totally a high-tech Fraud, I request your Good
self to help me to get refund of money by the company.

The
Phone no . of the Company is [protected] .The concerned person is Imran Khan.

Now also they are calling me and telling me that they
will do the cash back of my total amount and asking me to maintain the amount
but I am not transferring money to my account.

THEY ARE SHARING THE DETAILS TO OTHER MERCHANTS AND THEY
ARE ALSO TRYING TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.

I was called on my mobile [protected] Aug 2014 by company CEO of Regd. Office: SANDS INFOSYSTEMS Pvt. Ltd.S-524, Office No-312, 313, T/F Agarwal Complex, School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi..Near TVS MOTOR SHOWROOM -110092...and said only send Rs.4000 and we will send AC Lap Top And I phone and take my Debit card no and cvv no from me.They deducted Money as..11.8.14=3999.00...14.8.14=9999.00...30.8.14=16998.00+...3.9.14=23997.00+...9...⇄ But yet they do not respond me and have not sent any item and not returned my money. plz help me I am so worry and afraid that they have cheated me. Some perso cotacted me on my mobile([protected]) on 9/6/2012 2 to 3 times, he told his name ae Mr. Kabir Saxena;from Sanda Infosystem Pvt. Ltd. Delhi.The numbers displayed on my mobile [protected]/[protected]/[protected]. On 10/6/2012 the same person contacted me on my mobile & told me that there company has chosen my name for "OME-GIFT" ( Out of Rs.95,000/-cash prize or 42" LED TV or Black-Berry Mobile or Laptop). For about 20 minutes I told him how I was Cheated by "BAG IT TODAY" & have filed complaint. He replied me that he knows my case & put faith on "ON-LINE-SHOPPING" My name has been selected for gift mentioned above. For acceptig this offer I was to GENERRATE ID for Rs. 20,500/- as per his direction. He asked me to 'Fire Fox' brouser & enter my "DEBIT-CARD" details,accordingly I followed but ERROR message was showing for 2-3 attempts. Assuring me that he will not missuse my "Debit - Card" details collected same from me on phone & through his assistant generated ID. From account RS.20500/- were debited. Til today I have not received any 'SMS" OR "EMAIL" regarding "GIFT"

I had deal with Sands Info Systems Private Limited(sandsshoppinghug.com) on 17 nov 2011 with there executive mr Sameer wroth rs 25500 rs. that time i had pursches the product & he had told me to chance to win 1,20,000 rs cash ,70,000 rs LCD or 34,500 rs Laptop after than the call is transfer to his sr. mr Rahul Khanna he had told me if i had pay 30500 rs after than i am eligible for that prize. Than i had paid that amount rs 30,500.he had told me i had won a laptop rs 34500 rs
After than i had call him to conform the laptop model no but they had not given me but i had told him if the laptop value is below than the wining amout i will return it.
I had not received the product with in 21 day than i call her but they had told me the product will dispatched The invoice is not send by there company i had collect the product on 19th dec 2011 & found the broken set send by him also the laptop ivalue is not more than 14500 rs ACER make model EM550

I had fighting with him but they are not given proper responce to me also i had told him i will send the product to your address please refund the my 56000 rs, But they are not agree for that

What can i do ,,,,,,,,,,

I have paid Rs.33500 when persuaded by the company executive of M/s. Sands Infosystems Pvt.,. Ltd.,. that I will get materials worth Rs. 70,000 and above. But, I received a Kodak camera costing Rs. 9499+a Sunayana designer jewellery costing Rs. 5000+ 2 holiday vouchers which have to be redeemed before the end of July 2011 ( against one year as told by the executive and no peak period} and an assured gift of a dining set which may be worth Rs.5000 max {against Rs.28000 as promised by the executive}. I feel the total value doen't seem to exceed more than Rs. 30,000. I was contacted again to invest around Rs.36,000 for which I will get very good materials and there are chances that I may get assured gifts worth Rs. 28000 or a Nano car or a Honda car or 3 lakh rupees in cash. This seems to be a bogus company and I would advise wise people not to invest their valuable money in such companies.

Dear Sir,

I have received call from executive of Sands infosystems Pvt Limited, stating that your voice has been selected for getting promotional offer purchase of our product, he stated that if you buy product of Rs. 9500/- from our company, we will give you assured gift Between Rs. 28990 up to 3.0 Lac,

I denay for the offer, and his excutive again call for the same, and request me to buy product, i have made that transaction on 24th of Feb 2011 @ 6.30 PM, by making payment of Rs. 9500/-.

After doing that transaction,i called him and ask him what price i won, please let me know, than he told that that we will inform you on 3rd of march and suddanly they call me and told me that we are not abel to provide you gift, to get that gift again you need to do one more transaction of Rs 9500/-.

I denied that part and asked them to cancelled my order and return back my money, i have made several mail transaction with them but not get any reply from their management side.

Still i am chasing them for getting my money back. but not getting reply from their side.
