This is for your kind information. I have order Karbonn Titanium S21 flip cover. My order no. is 151778 .payment is made online.order is successfully placed. My Shipment Tracking ID is RW[protected]IN But 3 days already left further shipment details is not updated neither on your side nor in India Post Tracking Site. I think this is the most worst online shopping company in India. I was already mail twice but unfortunately there are no reply . My product is very urgent .please tell me the shipment details of my order & mail me the original scan copy of India Post Voucher Receipt. Otherwise I will don't spear your company.

          Portamart Order ID: #146848 on 17.11.15. Acer liquid flip cover. I was trying for delivery status and I called the Customer care but there is no response. They never used to response my call too. still i have opted for express delivery and paid for that. Portamart.com Customercare no[protected] it is cheating company.             Respected Sir, My Order id # 145931 on 15.11.15. Intex Aqua Speed Battery BR1765AO I was trying for delivery status and I called the Customer care & mailed them for the but there is no response. They never used to response my call too. still i have opted for express delivery and paid for that. Portamart.com Customercare no[protected] is wrong no or not in use, They are simply cheating & harassing the customers. I request you to take proper action against it & get me refund of my amount.                 I had placed an order for the Flip cover for Swipe Elite Mobile Phone. However, the cover sent is not for Swipe Elite as there is no slot for Camera and sound. Seems this company is fraud. I had placed the order on Express Delivery Basis but I received the ordered item after 10 days. When I rung up the Customer Care of this Company all they could say was that "SMS / EMAIL WILL BE SENT AFTER DISPATCH", which i never received. Now, after receipt of the item, I find that the Flip Cover is not meant for Swipe Elite Phone and when I sent a mail the reply I got was that my complain does not meet their return criteria!!!

                  I ordered the above battery vide Order No. 138246 dated 19.10.2015. I paid Rs.499/- by credit card. It has not been delivered yet. Whenever I sent email on [protected]@portamart.in, I got a standard reply that 'we are sorry for the delay and we will deliver as soon as possible. They do not give any reason for delay.
                  Surprisingly they are still accepting order for the same battery which proves they do not have stock problem.
                  I have finally written to them today to cancel the order and refund the amount.

                        I have received the product which i have ordered over the portamart, order no 119376 Samsung Power Bank 9000mAh yesterday (02.09.15)
                        When i am using it to charge my mobile, power bank is getting discharged by charging my 2100mAh battery only half..

                        The product is faulty & i want the refund of this order.

                          Hi, I have Ordered Battery for my Father's Mobile with the Order ID: #127063 - Karbonn A18 Li Ion Battery - Ordered on[protected] but till now no Information about Delivery, Almost one week is going to be over still they have not shipped and I have to tried contact their customer care and not able to reach any executive since its always being busy or hearing only computer recorded voice. Please deliver the Order with proper quality within day or two or Refund my money 467 on my account. I will never recommend and buy any products from portamart hereafter. Pradeeban.

                            I have placed order 121587 for flip cover for phicomm energy 653 black on 31 aug 2015 for Rs 185 They have supplied different product by india post The invoice accompanied the packet mentions: order no 121582, product flip cover for swipe elite universal, billing address Mr.sujit surat, tel [protected] They have not enclosed an invoice in my name I have written to them few times but response is far from satisfactory.

                              It was mentioned in the advertisement that will compatible with micromax a77 but the received product is not supported, so request several times to change the same and refund my money (275/-), then as per your suggestion sent the head phone through general post (not courier/speed post) and mailed you the same that it got dispatched, but after that no response from long back as I tried to catch you, this is very disappointing, very poor service, worst company I deal with.

                                I ordered flip cover for micromax canvas xpress 2, They sent me a cover which does not have any hole for camera, it is just a cover without any holes, and cover is very big, there is no any company name also They send me a 10 rupees road side cover, i paid 200 rupees, and tried to reach them by phone, always it is busy busy...no reply from mail... Please help me to get my money.

                                  I have a moto g 3rd gen mobile. And I saw flip cover is available in portamart and placed an order. Then I got the delivery after 12-15 days. But the flip cover is larger than the phone. I sent a mail to portamart regarding this. They replied me after 3 days and asked me to send photo proofs as the item delivered isn't fit to my mobile. The flip cover is 200 rupees. I have waited for 12-15 to get the delivery and 3 days to get a reply from customer support. Then I ignored it and bought a flip cover from amazon.

                                      I have ordered flip cover for Karbonn Machfive on 20/8/15 and got a mail from Portamart stating this was sent thru INDIA POST tracking id RW[protected]IN on 27/8/15. Till today not received this package. When I tracked the INDIA POST also there is no consignment details for this tracking id. Tried calling portamart customer support - no response.
