I registered a baby care service in portea on 01sep2022 and got a call from Bangalore team requesting further details. I had requested the service from 07sep2022 and provided the details of service in the application form...i had also mentioned them that i would need in Coimbatore and i already had the service in Chennai. Despite requesting and telling them to provide contact details of the coordinator in advance i was only provided with the name and not the number..on 7th sep i was told from Coimbatore team that there are no experienced staff available and the request to them locally was placed only on 6sep2022 and would need 2 further days for the staff to be sent...i already had same issue in Chennai and history repeats Was this information helpful? |
