I registered a baby care service in portea on 01sep2022 and got a call from Bangalore team requesting further details. I had requested the service from 07sep2022 and provided the details of service in the application form...i had also mentioned them that i would need in Coimbatore and i already had the service in Chennai. Despite requesting and telling them to provide contact details of the coordinator in advance i was only provided with the name and not the number..on 7th sep i was told from Coimbatore team that there are no experienced staff available and the request to them locally was placed only on 6sep2022 and would need 2 further days for the staff to be sent...i already had same issue in Chennai and history repeats

    I had booked physiotherapy session for my father and paid amount 4550 advance.I have availed service of 1950 and my father expired on 26 October 2020
    Portea told they will refund the remaining amount of 2600, since October they have not refund my amount ..I have been following up in mail every alternate days and there is no proper response..they are also not transferring calls to refund team
    Kindly help in getting my amount back

      I have been charged for a month when I returned the BI pap machine after 15 days when the customer service person told me that I would get a refund of 15 days' money back.

      You can rent equipment on a monthly basis. However, we do ensure flexibility on-need basis.

        fake nursing services

        My father in law was being discharged from the nursing home after a month. And we were advised to avail some nursing services at home for a couple of days. Submitted my enquiry to portea and their service was prompt. Their representative called me and spoke to me. He was polite and clearly mentioned the costs for hiring attendants and nurses other medical equipment like bed, oxygen cylinder etc.

        I had booked their lab package offer @rs. 1699 each for me and my husband on saturday 17th june 2017 at 9.30 hrs. On 16th june, we received a massage from ms. Pranali kadam confirming our appointment is scheduled at 7.00 hrs on 17th june. We clarified her that we had requested appointment @ 9.30 & not @ 7.00 so to come @ 9.30. Tests involved 12 hrs fasting & pp. We accordingly had our early dinner. On the appoitnment day we waited until 9.45 for her to arrive & then made a call. We were told that she was late & shuold reach in half an hour. Same assurance was given every time we call. Finally she arrived @ 10.45 which was 1hr.15 min. Delay. After enquiring we were given to understand that due to delay in her 1st appointment she could not come on time. After which she took our blood samples and proceeded for billing. Thats where another and major problem started. While taking appointment we were informed by their appointment taking/customer care department that the package includes all possible tests that we had enquired for but at the time of billing we were told that pp test is not from package and we need to pay extra which was now not acceptable to us. The way whole thing communicated to us was in a very unprofessional way. Everytime executive who attended our call ensured call back after discussion but no one called. We had to call everytime and explain the entire story to each different executive namely sharmila, aasif, rekha, etc.. Yet no solution was given. Further it was also mentioned that we will get additional discount of rs. 300 for the service billing above rs. 1000 which was also refused by them stating it is not applicable on these services. However their site shows different information. During all the conversation their blood collecting executive was seating in our premices right from 10.45 to 13. 45 which is almost 3 hrs. To get confirmation regarding payment. We never received a single call back and ultimately after threatening that we will make consumer complaint regarding this we were given some concession. But consumer complaint is must for such kind for unprofessional behaviour in a profession of diagnostics where time is most critical factor. And for the matter of rs. 500 max for both they wasted our 3 hrs. For which we need compensation for sure so that this kind of behavoiur will not be repeated with anyone else and their call centre executive will be more eductaed about their own services & be more vigilant.

          Portea failed to do the sample collection as promised for 2 consecutive days. I had paid rs 899/- for the lab tests and phlebotomist from diagno lab was supposed to be coming in for the sample collection. This did not happen and i was given the reason that the phlebo was not able to locate my address. While we had been residing at the same address for the past 30 years, the portea representative wasn't able to find the address.. What a shame on portea. Then i asked them for a complete refund of my money, upon which they asked my bank account details. The refund was initiated in the 26-may-17 however till date i have not received the refund of rs 899/-

          I was told by portea that it takes 7 working days for the refund to be processed, however despite making multiple calls to portea customer care the refund has not been granted.

          I fail to understand that how is this company operating in india with such a service and without refunding customer's money. This is so unlawful on portea's part.

          Please do not ever take any service from portea as they are dacoits.

          I then booked my lab tests from 1mglabs and they provided immediate and good service as promised through thyrocare.

          This is my appeal to you all to never try portea for anything. These guys do not know how to provide service and how to deal with customers.

            We experienced extreme problems with my mother who is 80 year old and was hospitalised in new delhi and had a major surgery and thereafter bedridden for many months, We hired portea medical for 2 attendants for 12 hours shifts in day and night at Rs 20000 per month each so total 40000 per month, The Staff is extremely unprofessional, they hire 12th and college passout girls who donot even know what to do or how to handle patients, they arrive...
