I had booked physiotherapy session for my father and paid amount 4550 advance.I have availed service of 1950 and my father expired on 26 October 2020
Portea told they will refund the remaining amount of 2600, since October they have not refund my amount ..I have been following up in mail every alternate days and there is no proper response..they are also not transferring calls to refund team
