Portea did not refund rs 5000 security deposit even after more than 3 months of my father's demise. My wife repeatedly called and reminded them but to no avail. This is the worst experience one can have from a company. Patient id is 643694. My father left for his heavenly abode on 2nd december 2018 and today we are in march 2019, but no response yet received. We are deeply disappointed that at the time of availing services we have to pay all expenses at once including security deposit but it takes forever to get a refund.
