Hi, I am getting harrassed by Portea. I bought a ZenOlite portable oxygen concentrator from Portea. After 2-3 months o[censored]se, machine started giving problem. Portea customer care picked the machine for service. Its been approximately 2 months and the are not delivering my machine back. My father can't go out of his room as he is Oxygen dependent. I feel like Cheated. Making daily followup but no success. They have assigned me a relationship manager who could not help me (Mr Ashish Mishra). Can any one suggest what action can I take here? My patient health will further deteriorate if he stays at his room. Please suggest me what to do. Was this information helpful? |
