Porter — courier not delivered

I had booked a courier through porter services on the 9th of June.
( Mumbai to Goa )
The courier was picked on 10th of June, and the app shows the parcel delivered at Porter Bhiwandi office.
As per the app the parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 14th of June. But the parcel has not yet been received.
I have been calling their call center, and as usual they only have one answer, sorry for the inconvenience caused. They too dont know where the parcel has gone.
I have written several mails to the company, but no response.
On 18th June the app shows the parcel has reached their Goa Miramar office.
Today is the 21st June, and the parcel has not yet reached the receiver.
No one seems to know where the parcel is.
