Postal Department — non delivery of registered letter.

Sir, i am virendra singh s/o late jaggoo singh, vill-kamhari, ghorawal road po-robertsganj dist-sonebhadra (Up) pin-231216. One official letter throgh registered post dispatched on 12 april 18 from afgis bhavan subroto park new delhi 110010 on my above address vide rd[protected]in. When i enquired about the same from the post office of robertsganj, then nobody is telling the correct reason for non delivery of the post. I have not received my postal documents till date. Please do the needful to enable me to get my documents. Thanking you sir for your kind intervention.
