Dear sir, i am bhupendra parmar with pli policy no[protected]. I have deposited premium amount 8726/- on 30/11/17 through sbi debit card with transaction id[protected]. Due to failure of internet connectivity, connection was lost after amount deduction... And payment receipt were not generated...in payment history pending status is written... Please do needful to solve problem... Thanks in advance...
