Postal Life Insurance — non-migrated pli/rpli policies in csi

My postal insurance details data has not been entered into the computer in the post office database. It is the fault of the department and not me. I was not allowed to pay the premium. Since 28th december 2016 i have been allowed to pay at the cash counter but not directly into my insurance account but some alternative method which i dont understand. Since october 2017 they are not accepting my payment saying it is not possible. None are responding at the head office.
