Postal Life Insurance — Non refund of maturity amount even after lapse of five months.

Dear Sir,

Is there any system of resolution of complaints in the Postal Department? After maturity and even after lapse of five months no body listen the complaint and not even taking interest in refund of money.

PLI policy NO.GJ-455054-B Sum insured Rs.2.00 lac.
Submitted claim at HO post office of Vadodara, located at Raopura.State Gujarat.
Their acknowledgement date 13/10/2015.
