Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — amount debited but the payments status shows unsuccessful. amount has not been credited yet | |||
I tried to pay the premium for the month of November using PLI customer portal by SBI debit card. Transaction was unsuccessful but the premium amount of Rs. 1975.00 was debited from my account. The POST Txn#[protected] dated, 30.11.2018. I have waited so far without making any complaint thinking that the debited amount would be refunded automatically but it has not been so. Therefore, I request for refund of the amount debited from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
