Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Amount Debited for 2 months but it did not reflect in policy | |
I tried to pay the premium for 2 months for my rpli policy and while making payment via UPI transaction the amount got debited from my bank account but the postal insurance transaction page went to an error state after logging back in and going to the payment history section for my policy. I am able to see that particular transaction is with the Status ID as 99. I waited for the amount to get refunded back but that did not happen.
