Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Amount is debited but PLI payment show pending

My name is Laxmi Narayan, My Policy No. is DL-106723-cc. I wish to bring to your attention that Rs. 1713/- has been debited from my account while I was transaction with Postal Life Insurance on 29 September 2020 at 02:43 PM. I received a text that I have withdrawn Rs.1713/- from my account. But PLI Payment history show is pending.
