[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — customer id generation

Sir,
My policy no is[protected]. I am not able to generate customer id and because of that i am not able to log in to pli. I have approached post office pli section they have checked everything and that is correct. My email and mob is registered in policy but everytime when i go to generate id it is shown that you have entered wrong details approach to nearest post office.

PLI have sent me an activation mail. I was able to open my online account by using that link. But the account was incomplete as it did not show my policy number, my last name and no details regarding myself was there. So I have again logged a complaint against PLI,

Updated by SubhankarSingha Dear Sir, I have activated my account using the link sent in my mail, but after logging into my account I am not able to find my policy in online account.
