Sir,
My policy no is[protected]. I am not able to generate customer id and because of that i am not able to log in to pli. I have approached post office pli section they have checked everything and that is correct. My email and mob is registered in policy but everytime when i go to generate id it is shown that you have entered wrong details approach to nearest post office.

My recent attempts to login into my postal life insurance (Policy named santhosh) account is not succesfull despite providing valid username (Given by your department) and password.. The message is saying invalid username/password... I tried resetting the password with the assumption that password might have gone wrong but to no use...

I paid installment of January through online infavour of policy no[protected].amount has been deducted from a/c but message given to me that the installment is unpaid. the policy installment INR 2122 .00atWD000009 was paid on 02.01.2020 at 23.17 now how can I get the payment receipt and pay the premium of the month February-2020.please help me in this regard.Same case is also happened against policy no[protected] in which INR 2111.00...

I had pay online my pli premium rs1610 but this amount not credit my policy

not able to login to pli - customer id/password not working

I recently got my customer-id and also updated password three time, but still not able to login to my account. It says invalid customer-id/password.

I tried different browser, different phones but login credential not working.

I am currently in us, just wondering whether it is restricting due to my location away from india.

policy paid not displaying

I submitted my p. L. I. Maturity claim on[protected]. My policy had already matured on 17 jan. 2019. Still it remains unpaid, despite my contacts made with vedaranyam post office (Pin code. 614810) and in turn with thiruthuraipoondi post office (Pin code. 614713) the claim remains unpaid due to the reasons best known only to the concerned authorities. As the time taken is more, i expect the higher authorities to help in realising my request....

not able to generate customer id

Sir,
My policy no is[protected]. I am not able to generate customer id and because of that i am not able to log in to pli. I have approached post office pli section they have checked everything and that is correct. non receipt of pli policy bond

Hi sir, this is venkateswarlu kamepalli from andhra pradesh, i had opened my pli in jan 2010 in cmm jabalpur during training. Till now i have not received any receipt and/or policy bond. complaint against pli

My PLI has mature and I had taken a loan from PLI as well, due to which my bond is deposited in postal, I apply in July 2019 to take my maturity amount its been 6 months, my PLI BOND has not arrived yet, solve my problem.

pli login problem - error invalid customer id and password

Hi

Recently I registered with the post office and got my customer id and generated password however whenever I use my customer id and password it says "invalid customer id and password". This is for all of my 3 policy

I tried

1. Using forget password and create new password
2. i used forget customer id and got customer id just to verify its the right one
3. Using 3 laptops
