Dear sir, my policy no is[protected]. After complaining in consumer complaints my customer id was generated by postal dept. My customer id is 68665750. But after logging into my account i cannot find any details in my profile and also my policy is not showing in my online account, even my last name is missing in the account. Kindly look into the issue.

    I paid installment of february through online infavour of policy no[protected]. Amount has been deducted from a/c but status is pending. The policy installment inr 2665 was paid on 026.02.2020. Now how can i get the payment receipt and pay the premium of the month march-2020. Please help me in this regard.

      customer id generation

      Sir,
      My policy no is[protected]. I am not able to generate customer id and because of that i am not able to log in to pli. I have approached post office pli section they have checked everything and that is correct. My email and mob is registered in policy but everytime when i go to generate id it is shown that you have entered wrong details approach to nearest post office.

      But as on date the transaction status is showing as pending.

My recent attempts to login into my postal life insurance (Policy named santhosh) account is not succesfull despite providing valid username (Given by your department) and password.. The message is saying invalid username/password... I tried resetting the password with the assumption that password might have gone wrong but to no use...

        My name is sandip Panjabrao katre my policy is Santosh and my policy no is[protected] mobile number is ([protected]) email address [protected]@gmail.com I have getting problem in my this policy for premium paid I have Paid February rs 3016 and March premium rs 3016 online by date of 18 janevari 2020 through SBI 1st transition I'd 1645432 and 2nd transition I'd 1645449 but it show only one month February paid premium so I am getting problem for this

          I paid installment of January through online infavour of policy no[protected].amount has been deducted from a/c but message given to me that the installment is unpaid. the policy installment INR 2122 .00atWD000009 was paid on 02.01.2020 at 23.17 now how can I get the payment receipt and pay the premium of the month February-2020.please help me in this regard.Same case is also happened against policy no[protected] in which INR 2111.00 was paid through online but message shows its still unpaid.

            Dear sir,

            I have paid rs.6263/- towards dec 2019 vide online receipt no.[protected] dt.27.12.2019 but to my surprise, the updation has not been made till now. When i wish to pay my january instalment online, it is showing i need to pay dec 2019 & january 2020 i. E. For 2 months. Today, being the last date, please arrange for updation of dec 2019 payment in my policy and confirm by return mail to avoid late payment charges for january 2020, if i do not pay today. Please treat this matter most urgent. Please note i had been to your park street, kolkata po but they advised that they could not update the payment and suggested me to make a complaint.

              I had pay online my policy premium through my debit card and the amount was already debit my bank account. But this amount not credit with my policy. I transaction on 31/12/2019for the month of december. My policy no wb-221405-cs. We have seen that the transaction was pending. Please sir to be care this.               Sir, your failed transaction amount has been refunded to your bank account. kindly check. if you have any issue related to refund of failed transaction, kindly send e-mail at [protected]@indiapost.gov.in for further action.
              I got my customer id and then i generated new password, Then after i tried to login with my account by providing correct details but getting always error like Invalid Customer Id/Password . So please check and resolve the issue

                not able to login to pli - customer id/password not working

                I recently got my customer-id and also updated password three time, but still not able to login to my account. It says invalid customer-id/password.

                I tried different browser, different phones but login credential not working.

                I am currently in us, just wondering whether it is restricting due to my location away from india.

                Please advise what i can do to get access to online pli site and make...

                  I submitted my p. L. I. Maturity claim on[protected]. My policy had already matured on 17 jan. 2019. Still it remains unpaid, despite my contacts made with vedaranyam post office (Pin code. 614810) and in turn with thiruthuraipoondi post office (Pin code. 614713) the claim remains unpaid due to the reasons best known only to the concerned authorities.                   Though the response from P. L. I. Customer Care says that amount had been sanctioned, it is mystery to note that, the concerned Post Office say that they had not received any message or mail pertaining to my claim. Who is answerable?

                  Complaint still remains unresolved. I couldn't get the money from the post office despite the response received from PLI Customer care.
                  Sir, my policy no. AP-503294-CS is matured on 19.dec.2019. I have submitted all my docs at sub post office, ashok nagar, eluru. Please let me know the claim status as I don't receive any communication on this till date and I have paid all premiums

                      My name is simhachalam anaparthi, working in bsnl since 2009, i have took one pli from sirsi postal division when i was working in karwar district (Uttara kannada dt) in 2012. My pli polacy number is :kt-518965-t for 20 years it has been insured and it has been chosen for salary cutting.in july - 2017 i transferred to andhra pradesh circle, eluru ssa and posted to jto jangareddygudem.
                      I wrote letter to account section for salary cutting in jan-2018.in my salary slip they showing that pli subscription from jan-2018. For pli there is gap for subscription from july 217 to dec-2018. Unfortunately bsnl stopped salary cutting from may 2019. I requested and wrote a leetter to jangareddygudem post office in eluru district to update and change it to active state to pay the all the due,
                      Continuously i am approching since 1 and half month, but no use.

Kindly do the needful to activate my account.
                          Two days before i registered the same complaint, in this case they had closed the complaint by saying issue resolved but it is not solved

                            Sir/madam,

                            I, shashank tandon, pli (Ea) policy holder with policy no.[protected], whenver try to login with my login credentials like customer id and password in pli customer portal, it always says -"invalid customer id/password". What is this?, i can't understand it. I am using correct credentials. Even after clicking the link for password verification which i receive in my email id post using the forget password option, i am unable to open login as again it says - "invalid customer id/password".

                            Please look into the matter and enable me to login without getting such messages like - invalid password/customer id, because i am in my full consciousness using my credentials to login.

                              My PLI has mature and I had taken a loan from PLI as well, due to which my bond is deposited in postal, I apply in July 2019 to take my maturity amount its been 6 months, my PLI BOND has not arrived yet, solve my problem.

                              Login not possible, 4 time new password generated clicking forgot password and every time it is displayed that user id & password incorrect.
                              I try to login PLI in postal site.It shows always invalid username and password while entering correct details. Resolve the issue otherwise difficult to pay my PLI every month by time.
