[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — non co operation of the staffs

Policy number WB-302491CS. Submitted surrender form along with original book and certificate on JUNE 12. Till now on July 31 there is no sign of payment.Barasat post office authority is saying the have sent the case to circle office. How long will they take in the said digital age? Iam compelled to surrender this PLI due to misbehave of the staffs.

I am retd from army wef 31 oct 2015. I no jc.724811w nb sub krishan deo singh yadav poilcy no aps 719357l and policy matured in aug 2016.the maturity amount not recd till dt. Original policy bond all ready fwd vide 945 fpo letter no 945 pli/corr/fpo dt 30 aug 2017.request fwd maturity amount in my acount.
