[Resolved] Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — non receiving of policy bond | |||
My self mohinder kumar got a plan in may 2008. Since then i am paying my monthly premium regularly. My policy number is hp-171032-cs. I received an acceptance letter but no policy bond till date. I took the that letter for policy bond. The issue came to notice when i recently tried to update my profile for on line premium payment by linking my adhar and mobile number. Then the officials told me to produce bond but i could show them the only letter i had received. They told me that it is not policy bond. So you are requested to issue my policy bond and oblige. Verified Support May 08, 2020 Postal Life Insurance [PLI] Customer Care's response Sir, for duplicate policy bond, kindly apply in nearest post office after lockdown period. if you want to avail online premium payment facility, Kindly share following details at e-mail id: [protected]@gmail.com, pli.[protected]@gmail.com. It is also intimated that the last date of PLI/ RPLI premium for the month of March, April & May-20 has been extended upto 30 June without any default charges. | |||
